Good evening, Miss palo....I went to the store, unloaded all my stuff, and got tired, and was going to just lay down for a short while, but fell asleep..

I just woke up a while ago, in time to watch the Series finale of the X-files, which is still on right now...I will miss the X-Files...thank goodness, there are constant reruns...

Its funny how one can lay down just to take a short rest, and then all of sudden its several hours later, and you realize you have been sound asleep...I still feel groggy...

I did get to the grocery store, bought what groceries I needed(mostly TV dinner, I am not going to do lots of 'from scratch' cooking, now that I am alone...

I also got a few 'color bowls' full of flowers to put out in the yard...and bought some wine...and also bought Dizzy a few new toys...I will give him his new toys tomorrow, more when I feel like playing with him....

Now I am just going to finish watching the series finale of the X files, and then watch the last hour of "The Practice" season finale...and then I am going to bed, and just sleep and sleep, until I get caught up...

my mom just IMed me
they just raised the rent $500 for everyone, so many of her neighbors are moving
I don't know what is best for her -- she lived for 50 years in housing project in Flushing, Queens
and has only been 4 years in her pricey accommodations in Walnut Creek CA (near Berkeley)
she deserves something nice
however what her neighbors found is nice too
and big savings on rent
but she is finally settled in after her HUGE MOVE
I am curious what she will decide to do

thre used to be 3 cats in our front yard, now there are 6
I finally saw the 3 kitties
they are cute
Bill has to rush out all day and feed them and give them water
he reports Moe is a mess (Moe is the mom)
she got boy's name cause Bill thought she was the boy
when Bill only sees two kitties he worries something happened to third
Bill is being worn to frazzle worryin' bout the new family

That is a cirio, the common gringo name is boojum...They only grow in Baja so you won't see any in AZ....Most of the time they grow straight up, but there are the strange ones who don't...lol...
