The other day I was asked if I knew the link to a particular thread, and it made me think that there are more than a few "places" FReepers have asked about and can't find anymore.

The Veteran's Day link that was on the original Canteen thread which is not being posted anymore is one of them. I thought it might be a nice thing to have a thread with just links to a few favorite spots. Here, then, is a thread with some interesting links....all in one place.
