11 As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

Father, there are no words, no voice for my gratitude at this first contact with Betsy in so very long. You feel my heart, so You know. Thank You!

Father, I ask that You smooth the way for Betsy to come home now. Give all of us the strength and the willingness to work through whatever problems exist. Fill all of our hearts with joy at her homecoming.

Father, I ask You to take charge of the other remaining sorrow in my life. You know what needs to happen for Your original plans to be fulfilled. You had a specific purpose in mind for us, and I am asking that You take full charge now and make whatever changes are necessary. You know my heart, You know what I wish. There is no need to tell You these things, for You know all things. Help me be patient while You complete this good work.

Protect and guide our loved ones today, Mighty God. Provide for every need expressed on our prayer threads. Grant my dear friend billbears the desires of his heart. Thank You Father for all Your tender mercies. I Jesus' name I ask these things that love will conquer all, instead of sorrow and despair...Amen!

I have a prayer request for a dear sister whose 23 year old daughter is a schizophrenic and very unhappy with life. Thank you!

Prayers for Betsy's homecoming, and for your friend's daughter.

We just received word today that my father-in-law must undergo a heart cath, and a possible bypass. He has several other health problems, and we are very concerned. We don't know when it will be performed, but it will be soon. Thanks for your prayers.
