Good morning. I am reporting from possum patrol headquarters.

I fell asleep watching the local news last night and missed seeing my neice on the Friday night high school football report...she is a cheerleader. Of course, the possum early warning system woke me at 3:30. I did go back to sleep for a bit, but then the cat decided he wanted a snack.

Today begins the massive day lily division in my garden. Mr. Marple, who does not have pins in his knee, is going to do the digging for me.

We're are taking EVERYTHING out and then carefully putting only SOME things back in.

Yup! State Fair later today for concert...Rest of the weekend...tickering with this and that. With him out of town so much...there is a great need for him to get caught up on things I know better not to touch.

He figured out that he was out of town (overnight stays) more than 40% of his working days. No wonder we are behind. He also has put 35,000 work only miles on his truck in a years time...not including commuting.
