It rained for awhile last night...finally. It was cloudy this morning, but now the sun is out. It'll be interesting to see what happens with this hurricane...
We have protestors converging upon us downtown again on Friday...I hope they get rained on.

Good afternoon all...good grief, you folk were up so early, you were up at about the time I was entering my deep sleep mode....with us all being in different time zones, and having differing sleep habits, sometimes this can make for disjointed posting....
The weather here today, continues the summer spree....70 degrees, blue skies, no rain...its heavenly and expected to continue clear through the weekend, and hopefully beyond...
BigDom says the drive to work is made all the more pleasant by this beautiful clear weather...as he gets onto the freeway, Mt. Rainier, is standing there all big and proud, and her snow is glistening in the sunshine...if the weather is really clear, he can also see the lower Cascade mountains, which surround Mt. Rainier....To the west, across Puget Sound, the Olympics are visible, with Mt. Olympus shining through...its such a lovely place to live, surround by mountains to the east and to the west...and the mountains here are so big and rugged, because they are volcanic, and young, not having been yet withered down by the millions of years of exposure to the elements...
Not much going on here today, other than just enjoying the out of doors....this is not the time to be sitting ast the computer...soon enough, the fall and winter rains, and the gloomy days will be returning...
Westy, is this weather just heavenly or what?
