Good afternoon...spent most of the night glued to the television with the lastest shooting in VA. I probably won't be on the computer again today, back to the battlefield tomorrow and I have tons of stuff left to do...
Everyone seems to be assuming that this is the work of the same shooter, but I'm not so sure. Could be a copycat or another cell. This shooting seems to be striking more fear into the general population than the others thus far.
People can accept violence or terrorism as long as it is happens in DC or NY, because it's so far removed from their own lives. Now people are waking up to the fact that shootings of this nature can happen anywhere, anytime and affect them personally. No one feels safe. If this isn't the essence of terrorism, then I don't know what is.
Gran, thanks for your sunny flower today, and Loddy thanks for breakfast. :-) Captain, I think that Gran will enjoy your link today, we know how much she likes large-caliber weapons. ;-)

It was mostly a picture perfect day.. but sometimes it was cloudy when I wanted to take a pic..and then it got chilly in the wind hanging around waiting for the sun.. ;)
The foliage was at it's peak tho..

Add a little blue to the yellow and you get a redish brown. Nature´s spectrum.
To: grannie9
Well you have one steady hand .. whenever I take a picture I have to hold my breath and yet the pictures are still blurred a bit
