A little bird just told me that they saw Sean Astin interviewed by Ashleigh Banfield on the streets of NYC.... talking about helping out during the power outage.

Ok folks, it is "you know what" or get off the pot time. If you're in this is the time to say so. If you're still up in the air we can probably make some sort of arrangement but a decision REALLY needs to be made.

I will need $1,800 by 9/25 so I can make sure to have it in hand for delivery to the Real Estate office on 9/30.

Just a quick note to let you all know that I was without power for 21 hours, and just got electricity back recently. I'll catch up as fast as I can.

No real damage here, but lack of FR was a worse pain than 85 degree nights with 95% humidity.
