This will be my first post here. After watching The O'Rielly Factor the other night and seeing how he broadsided the host here I thought I must come and visit. I thought what O'Rielly did was a little dishonest, so here I am. I hope I posted this in the right forum so please excuse me while I browse around more and get my footing...Jim

Holy cow thanks to all for the replies, I really did not expect that much of a welcome. No I am not Jim Shear of Baltimore radio. Jim Shear is strictly a screen name. I am just a guy looking for a good conservative site to have some honest and like thinking discussions. Looks like this might be the place as soon as I learn to navigate a little better. Big site. Don’t get scared. Things can get a little rough here, especially for a newbie.
On an average day, over 2,000 people post here -- based on the number of unique IP addresses used -- and thousands more are "lurking," or reading the threads without posting.
At election time, those numbers can quadruple.
No other discussion board on the Internet even comes close to those numbers -- liberal, conservative or anywhere in between. Yeah, this is the big time.
