There's only one King of Peace, and he ain't Moon.

Perhaps you are right. I have heard of the man, but I know nothing of this church. But could you please tell me what great evil he has brought into the world compared to Joseph Stalin, Adolph Hitler, Mao Zedong, Hillary Clinton?

Oh, so you are claiming that Moon is Jesus?

I didn't say that.

The big problem with your argument is that Jesus Himself stated that His second coming would be accompanied by a demonstration of His glory:

"When the Son of Man comes in his glory, ...then he will sit on his glorious throne. - Matthew 25:31-32 (ESV)

I did not say Moon is Jesus, ok? Furthermore, the problem is that Jesus said things that contradict your scenario, for example:
Luke 18:8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?"
Compare the two quotes. If the lord is to return in glory and is placed upon a great throne, then why would Jesus ask "..when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?"

Furthermore, the bible speaks of lightning flashing across the sky heralding the 2nd coming yet it also speaks of him coming as a thief in the night.

The point is that God has worked in unexpected ways throughout history. Moon says he received his mission from Jesus. Do you deny that Jesus can talk to men?

You don't really know anything about him and you don't know anything about his beliefs so how can you ask me to abadon him? I'm a reasonable person but "he's the devil," isn't a reasonable arguement.

I'm open to hear your argument but let me ask you something first. Are you baptised and is your sin completely washed away?

How much easier it is for you compared to True Father's course.

You have absolutely no excuse. [...] (Applause) Father wants Reverend Kwak to keep a baseball bat in his hand all the time and if he sees anyone neglecting their mission in this regard then he can freely use it.

Particularly those who are sleeping and hiding, Reverend Kwak's baseball bat will fall upon you at any time.

Father is ordering all of us to make our absolute commitment to Reverend Kwak to accomplish the 3.6 million couples Blessing this year.

I will never retire. The only thing you can do to stop me is to leave no work for me to do.

Do you think that if you do, I would hit you with a baseball bat and tell you to go away, stop blocking my way?

Suppose I were to hit you with the baseball bat to stop you, bloodying your ear and breaking a bone or two, yet still you insisted on doing more work for Father.

"Father" is Moon. He will hit you with a baseball bat, but you will still love him.

I saw many of these "moonies" in the seventies. Talking to them some of them opened up and said that they had to work 18 hrs a day, and if they didn't collect enough money, they were derived of sleep and punished in other ways.

Reverend Moon...NOT.

He thinks he is the Saviour of the world.

Anyone want to know the real story of how brain-washing works, check out William Sargant's "Battle for the Mind."

FYI "brainwashing" is pseudo science. No legitimate mental health institution has ever found any evidence for it's existance.

Surely you jest. Not heard of MKULTRA, huh?

or Dick Sutphen?

who says that those who are washed don't know they are washed. I see examples of that frequently.

Hi!

Hi. And please don't call me a moonie, it's an ugly epithet that describes a weak minded, robotic fool under the spell of evil. Unificationists I know are decent, thoughtful, faithful people.

Here's the thing, there was only one Jesus. Yet today there are over 1,200 different denominations of the church he founded. Christianity is divided and weak. Moon says that Jesus tasked him to re-unite christianity. Thus far it seems he has only succeeded in uniting them in their hatred of him.

Moon is not out to rule the world. His only aim is to complete the mission he received from Jesus. His teachings are far more comprehensive and thoughtful than is ever discussed in the media.

MKULTRA the CIA Peyote connection? Riiiiiight.

Dick Sutphen? Hypnotist and astrologer. Like I said, no legitimate mental health institution has EVER found brainwashing to be anything more than pseudo-science and urban legend.

I think the good Rev. Moon would dis-agree with you.

LOL. I have NO IDEA what that means. But yes, I make my own low-carb ice cream and sorbets and I occasionally get to eat some if my teen-age daughter and her ninja cheerleading locusts don't get it first.

The trouble is, his organization does own the Washington Times, the only completely conservative newspaper in the US...

The real trouble is that Moon is not the 2 dimensional cartoon character he's made out to be. When the Washington Star closed it's doors, no one stepped in to assure the public had a conservative voice in D.C. The Times costs him something on the order of $40 million per year. Why does he do it? He says his only aim is to save America.

His contemporaries said precisely the same thing about Jesus.

The difference is that Jesus was God incarnate. Moon is a delusional egomaniac control freak.

.They crucified Jesus , they crown moon.

Mar 13:21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here [is] Christ; or, lo, [he is] there; believe [him] not:

Mar 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if [it were] possible, even the elect.

Mar 13:23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

Jhn 5:43   I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

The difference is that Jesus was God incarnate.

If Jesus was God, then who was he praying to when he cried out on the cross... "

Matthew 27:46 About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"–which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"[ 27:46 Psalm 22:1]
Just curious.
