It looks like the DUmmie FUnnies is already starting to have a big impact in DUmmie Land. As proof, I present this DUmmie THREAD with a RECORD number of replies deleted by the moderator. Apparently the powers that be in DUmmie Land know that the more absurd and hate-filled replies stand a good chance to be held up to the light for public scorn and mockery. In this case the DUmmie discussion was about the rumor that the visage of Ronald Reagan might soon be appearing on the dollar bill. The hate spewing forth from the DUmmies in the uncensored portions of the thread is bilious enough so one can only imagine what the moderator deemed unfit for public consumption. As usual, the anti-Reagan rantings of the DUmmies are presented in Bolshevik Red while the incisive commentary of your humble correspondent is in the [brackets]:
My prediction? Bush knows he's going to lose, and is going to make sure that he takes advantage of the one shot he's going to get to honor the patron saint of the Frothing Right. The Reagan $10.00 bill is dying in Congress, which could very well be completely Democratic-controlled by this time next year. The Reagan dime effort has also died. The last way that a change can be done is an order from the Treasury Secretary.

I wouldn't have a problem with frankenstein on the 10 bill. Reagan I do have a problem with.

The Treasury issued a press release last week confirming that the 10 is a getting a color change, but also confirmed there are no plans to put Reagan on it. You heard the ZOMBY TROOF here first, and not one tinfoiler has ever been right going up against me.

I don't know if people on this forum were posting DU comments back when Reagan died, but it was pretty disgusting- a lot of hate filled "glad he's finally dead" posts.
They didn't delete any of those messages.
On the other hand, there was an article here on this forum last week when a lesbian rocker (trying to remember name....) disclosed she had breast cancer... Oh, Melissa Ethridge.
There was nothing other than positive well-wishing comments, even though her personal and political views are much different than ours.
