Grieving Sheehan Wanted to "Run Her Son Over with Her Car"

The Left is portraying Cindy Sheehan as simply a grieving mother who's taking action because of the loss of her son. But what about this Cindy Sheehan:

“Our family was against it from the beginning. Casey was against it, but he felt it was his duty to go because he was in the Army. And he felt that he had to go to protect his buddies, to be there for his buddies, to be support, and they are brainwashed into thinking that even if they don’t agree with the mission, they’re brainwashed into just blindly following it. I begged Casey not to go. I told him I would take him to Canada. I told him I would run over him with a car, anything to get him not to go to that immoral war. And he said, 'Mom, I wish I didn’t have to, but I have to go.' ''

I know as a parent, there would never be an instance on this planet where I would tell my child that I would run them over with a car... FOR ANY REASON.

Kinda kills her whole "poor, little grieving mother" image if you think about it.

And if you look at the timeline, she was telling her son, before he deployed, that she was hellbent against the war. She called the war "immoral" long before Bush met with her the first time. This isn't a case of her learning new facts after their first meeting, this is a case of leftwing lunacy now exploiting her son's honorable memory to advance an agenda she had long before he died.

It's just damn sad.

Emasculating bully mommy couldn't let her son speak for himself.

Sad, it's the opposite of Elian, whose mother died so that he could live free (and died in vain, thank to Janet Reno and the 11th Circuit).

Here, the son dies so that the mother could live free, and she doesn't get it.

TexasRainmaker,

This is the same woman who told the author of "A Family in Baghdad" blog that she did not blame at all the man who murdered her son, she only blamed George W. Bush.

I'm not surprised, not at all.
