I think I was in fact the _very first_ American who (a few years ago) called for the United States to declare war on, and then annex, Mexico. We will hear more about this in the future.

Unless we gringos (OK, let's say it plainly: Euro-white Americans) are willing to do with the Hispanic invaders what we did to the Indians in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, we are going to eventually be overwhelmed and vanquished. Your descendants will be speaking Español as their _first_ language.

Unless we have the stomach to literally wage a shooting war against the (mostly Mexican and mostly Hispanic) invaders _already in_ our country, then "our country" may be lost to us - as it looks like California may already be lost to THEM.

The illegal invaders are - as a few other Freepers have presciently seen - the American equivalent of the Palestinians vs. Israel. They will not be satisfied until they have wrested control of the continent (or at least the southwest portion of North America from our control and "returned it" to (what they believe to be) it's "rightful ownership": THEIRS.

And it seems those who lead this country - with very few exceptions - are willing to almost-literally invite the invaders in with open arms.

I believe all we need to do is enforce current law. That would deprive the illegals of homes, jobs, and transportation. They would simply deport themselves.

Of course, Congress is just looking to make new laws and those will be ignored just the same.

We can close the border fairly easily using any number of options.

We must treat this as an invasion, not an immigration problem. If enforcing current laws doesn't work then drastic measures can be employed, but I believe current law would work just fine.

This basically means since our governments refuse to enforce current law and refuses to protect this nation, we are in a pickle that may lead to civil unrest.

There are some native born Americans of hispanic descent who believe in Atzlan, and hate America.

Those are mostly from the 1986 amnesty and anchor babies. Many more that are smugglers, etc, are here on current "guest worker programs", green cards, etc. Most Mexicans who came here the legal way are as upset about amnesty for lawbreakers as anyone and they are doing something about it.

You got that right. Also many were educated in Mexico by leftwing school teachers. The Mexican Constitution states that socialism will be the economic system emphasized in Mexican schools. They have been declared to be victims by their goverment, by their press, by their education system both here and in Mex., and by the politicians in this country who pander for their votes. Nothing fuels extremist violence like a sense of "po me" victimization. It is the mother of every modern despotism and genocide. This IS inevitabley going lead to a civil war. I have been saying it for years and I see nothing to cause me to see otherwise. I just can't believe how stupid our pols are to not see what is so obvious to anyone even moderately intelligent. I was talking about a Latino Rebellion here in So. Cal. at least 25 years ago and I said the instigators of it would use the very arguments they are using now to bring it about. It will happen sooner rather than later. Which is why I have long-term plans to make tracks out of the whole region, which is going to explode within the next few years, just as Yugoslavia and many other balkanized "multi-cultural" regions of world have.
