I wanted to post this information because in my happy browsing of liberal nutbag websites today, the DUmmies are claiming that its all a hoax about Zarqawi, since he was not blown to bits in the explosion.

I thought it might be instructive to all to have a nice little detailed explaination of the effects of overpressure on the human body, and how these bombs actually do their jobs, while keeping collateral damage to a minimum.

Anyone who watched the video of the bombing should note that while Zarqawi's hideout was destroyed, houses surrounding it were left intact, along with any people they might have contained.

Human beings have an amazing ability to hammer, tamp, shave, twist, and force-fit any sort of facts into supporting their pre-determined world view. DUmmies are particularly adept at this. In years past, they'd have been saucer nuts and grassy-knoll types.
