One of the basic themes of the DUmmie FUnnies is that the looniness demonstrated by the DUmmies (and the Kos KOmmies) is not an exception but the RULE among the liberals. Therefore it was no great surprise to see the bizarre RANTINGS by University of Arizona psychology professor, Deborah Frisch, against Jeff Goldstein of PROTEIN WISDOM as chronicled below by MICHELLE MALKIN. After it was discovered that the SICKO anonymous postings were made by Frisch, she resigned her post at the University of Arizona but after a lame "apology" Frisch quickly reverted back to Moonbat form. My main question is WHAT is Deborah Frisch's DUmmie screen name? After all, does her rabid rantings not sound EXACTLY what we constantly read over at the Democrat Underground? So let us now read the NUttie Professor's threats to Jeff Goldstein in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, noting that there are MANY other NUttie Professors just like her, are in the [brackets]:
"I’d like to hear more about your “tyke” by the way. Girl? Boy? Toddler? Teen? Are you still married to the woman you ephed to give birth to the tyke?
Tell all, bro!"
[This is DEBORAH FRISCH making a veiled threat against Jeff Goldstein's two-year old son. Keep in mind that this NUttie Professor teaches psychology.]

I wrote some inflammatory comments at a blog by a guy named Jeff Goldstein called protein wisdom that infuriated many bloggers and commenters. Many of these bloggers emailed my boss at the University of Arizona to tell on me.

In hindsight, the things I wrote were over the line of nastiness. I apologize to Mr. Goldstein.

I have resigned from the University of Arizona so there is no need for other enraged people to write to administrators there. I am a temporary worker there and I am in Oregon for the summer.

Some blogs have posted comments that I perceive to be physically threatening. I have contacted the FBI and the Pajamas Media staff to determine how to proceed with this aspect of this unbelievable experience.

My intention in this post is to de-escalate the situation. The comments that started this all were nasty, not threatening. But I feel very threatened by the response.

UPDATE: I have been receiving emails alluding to the fact that I got fired. I was not fired. I resigned. I was not pressured to resign. I just sent my boss an email explaining what was happening and told him I thought it was best for all involved if I resigned.

Protein Wisdom has been down since this all started so it is not possible to see all the comments and everything that led up to this. People are posting snippets of what I posted that have been embellished with references to french kissing and other things I didn't say.

When and if protein wisdom comes on line again, it will be hard to tell what Jeff added or deleted to the transcript.

I have been trying to get in touch with Pajamas Media to discuss some of my concerns about what has been published at Black Five about this issue. I feel threatened by some of the comments there.

Jeff Goldstein’s web site was down for two days after the incident. While I take responsibility for most of the horrid, inappropriate, mean-spirited, unprofessional comments attributed to me, I never wrote anything about French-kissing. That was added and falsely attributed to me.
I would SUE her. She shows NO REMORSE at all.
I had been prepared to let this go (something I believe I made fairly clear after my site recovered from one of the 3 DoS attacks I was under this weekend), but now that Frisch has decided to try to parlay her infamy into victimized Truth Speaker status, I'm prepared to follow through and make it clear once and for all that Ms Frisch is a very sad case indeed. In fact, the only reason she's a "target" at all is that she has worked hard at setting herself up as one.
That is to say, rather than blaming "rabid, crazy, right-wing nutcases" for her troubles (such as they are; I happen to thing she's quite enjoying the attention), she should take ownership of her own behavior, which throughout has been vile and manipulative.

Ray apparently knows something about Oregon denying her tenure. There's a lot out there on Google about her, much of which is repeat stuff. I haven't taken the time to look at most of it. I just wondered if anyone else has come across this tenure stuff.
Since the link on her site included a statement that she was apologizing to 'Count Cockula' for making obscene comments on his site, i assume the obscene remarks there were hers. They were dated sometime in June, so they even predate the Protein Wisdom attacks.

Dear Jeff: Get an attorney. Call the police. Civil suit. Criminal charges. Fry her. Get her money and her computer so we never have to hear from her again. HAve her registered as a pedophile and not permitted to teach children. Then she'll really "get the drift".
I went and read her blog and quite frankly this lady needs to get a restraining order on herself. She seems completely detached from the damage she is causing to herself.

Apparently so. She's admitted to doing this at Goldstein's blog and elsewhere. I know of one professor who's online blog has been 'hit' by her. That's her nature.
Well, now she's gone way overboard and is not facing the music (her apology was worthless in my judgment...it was what one would say for spilling a drink on someone). That's fine. The longer she holds her ground the bigger hole she digs for herself.
Now that she's unemployed, and with two unsavory university experiences behind her - not to mention the attention she's getting over this that will never go away - she's going to find getting a new job a somewhat harder task than before. Couldn't happen to a better BWit$h!

She may have problems on both fronts. There were a lot of protesters on her blog who warned her about what she'll face in the job market. And they weren't kind. I also recall another comment; whether on her blog or elsewhere I don't recall, where someone from Eugene, claiming to be a part of the liberal fraternity there, flatly stated they wanted no part of her. She was way too wacky for them. Now, this wasn't one of the moonbats writing, but nevertheless, she's become anathema to the 'acceptable' liberal community there.

My hope is right there along with yours. No way to tell, though. Actually, there is no way to tell that the other woman is really her 'friend', neither. However, I think the odds are pretty good on that one. The fact of how they're dressed so alike is pretty telling to me. The little gir's appearance seems somehow incongruous, however.
I did more online research into this one than I normally do for such threads because of this factor. I couldn't find anything to suggest she had a child. It all had to do with this particular situation, others she's been involved in prior to this, or her academic situation.
The fact there are two other people named Frisch at the UofA is intriguing. But that could also be a false hit although the name is not common. Who knows?
She was very careful to not directly threaten the child, but she was scarily lawyerly about it. The purpose of her comments were to make Jeff afraid for his child. I don't know if that is illegal per se, but it should be.
One of the most amusing things I find about libs is their high degree of (mostly uncontrolled) rage. Naturally they love to depict themselves as caring and sharing we-love-everybody- types and Republicans and conservatives as barely human ogres who hate everybody and are always itching to start wars and do other nasty things.
What must strike most nonpartisan perusers of lib blogs and forums is the great amount of bile, hatred, and wishes for death that libs are more than willing to lay on their ideological opponents. Frisch is a typical example. She is far from out of the ordinary as regards the inhabitants of forums like Daily Kos or DemUnderground.
A-yup. They start with physical threats. And when they turn out to be as threatening as a sleeping paraplegic kitten, they go into victim mode. Leftists are nothing if not extremely predictable. It's not a question of "what will they try next," but rather "when will they try it next?"

This woman has a history of cyber stalking. There is the instance of her abusing a Professor at UCLA at www.professorbainbridge.com.
There is also, now, this question of her leaving the University of Oregon due to her not being given tenure. She claims in her post that she was sexually harassed - but then states she wasn't sure she was. Then she lays it on one professor who she claims was a real problem for her. Now knowing her penchant for stalking conservative blogs, I wonder whether this professor was a conservative and she did her act with him. He wouldn't stand for it, saw to it she didn't get tenure, and so she took her act to the Internet where she felt safer. That's all conjecture, of course, but it could have happened. In any event, this Jeff Goldstein would be well advised to look in to legal remedies. She's obviously escalated her actions and who knows what's next.
True, this is a study in political delusion gone overboard, but she isn't much different than a lot of the people we've seen at DU or KOS. To me, the thing that worries me about her is the obvious escalation and the child. Especially the child!
Speaking of danger and legal remedies, if one looks at the DoS attacks Jeff got soon afterwards could be the small door opening to investigate the home. Even if she was not responsible, the authorities could start investigating her for that and perhaps uncover other things in the process. Maybe even child abuse. Unfortunately, there isn't much one can do about cyber threats and cyber stalking, but the DoS is definately a punishable offense and is against the law.
She may have suffered punishment a bit more than she even knows at this juncture because I believe she will never teach again. This doesn't help the child living in the household though and further investigation by the authorities should be conducted.

Some of that is quite obviously libel.
Her partner is probably in denial. People who think they're "in love" often ignore major red flags until they get hit over the head with them enough times. The more emotionally needy they are, the more likely this is to be the case.
Many of us have shared your concern. I've now come to the conclusion that it may not be warranted.
Refer to post #97, this thread. It links to a short series of these two women, Deborah Frisch and Cecile McKee shown with a dog. Judging by the appearance of the two women, these pictures were taken at an earlier date than the one you commented on.
The absence of a child in these earlier photos is interesting. If the photo with child is more recent, then one of the two would have had to have birthed that child subsequent to the earlier photos (if the child was in existence at the time of the earlier photos why wasn't she included?). The fact that they were 'partners' in both sets of photos means that one of the two admitted lesbians would have had to have birthed a child during their relationship; something not very likely IMHO.
Obviously, someone was also in the kitchen taking the photo. We don't know the provenance of the photo, but it's possible to assume that the child belongs to someone else who happened to be in the house when the kitchen photo was taken. Of course, all this is speculation, but makes as much sense as that 'young' child belonging to one of these women.
Just my two cents worth.
Maybe not very likely, but still possible with in vitro fertilization. Example: Melissa Etheridge and Julie Cypher (sp?), with David Crosby being the sperm donor.
Frisch has since claimed to have returned to (or still resides in) Eugene, OR. That makes me wonder about the relationship of these two women. Has the other woman returned to Oregon with her? Did she, too, resign her position at UofA? Do they spend summers in Oregon then return to Tucson for school season?

I understand, but the age of the child (a toddler?) makes me suspicious that it isn't theirs. If I recall correctly, the date of the kitchen photo is around 2004 (I remember that from somewhere in the other thread. It came from an Arizona newspaper article around that time. I also believe that is somewhere around the time Fritsh came to UofA.

Not only is she making sick comments about our troops, but she is trying to organize an email-only campaign to talk (plot?) about Jeff behind his back. She really needs to be committed. Jeff has said he doesn't think she's a threat but I think he underestimates her.

BTW, do you know when that article in the Arizona newspaper on her was published; the one where the photo originated? I posted here that it may have been 2004 but later started thinking it may have been early 2005. Just curious. And thanks for all your fine posts on this wacko.

As the initial crisis fades, the larger issues come into focus - freedom of speech, the rabid right's hatred of academia, the rabid right's sex/violence fetish, and the way the so-called left is utterly and completely neutered and impotent.
I'm still getting some creepy stalker/threatening email and comments (they are moderated and I delete the ones that are too nasty or incoherent or wordy). It's like I'm a combination of Ward Churchill, Cindy Sheehan and Denice Denton. Apparently, there are a LOT of people out there who have a pent-up desire to stalk and try to bring down uppity lefties.
But why they think that continuing to tinkle on my ankle is going to slow me down is beyond me.
