I know it is an overused expression, but for governmnet officials to remove inconvenient facts from a movie sounds like something from Orwell's
1984.

Gosh, I hate to burst your bubble. The woman with whom I work, a far lefty, got so aggravated on Sunday night that she turned off the miniseries. She did watch the whole thing on Monday night. Today all she did was complain about 'Rice and all the other people, like Cheney, sitting around that big table and not doing anything'. She completely ignored the 8 years of Clinton (she loves him!) and blamed the whole thing on the Bush Admin inaction. Just goes to show you that they are oblivious to Clinton's failings.

I have a question here. Why are they suggesting that the 9/11 commission report is the only place to get facts on 9/11?
This alone tells me that the commission report was politicized and they are continuing to politicize the events of 9/11 inspite of all the people that lived during the event.
One other comment on the docudrama. I find it interesting that "The path to 9/11 started with a terrorist event. What lead to that event? The show started in the middle. The 9/11 report didn't even go back that far in time in it's investigation if I am remembering correctly.

But the fact that it misleads millions of people about the most tragic and consequential event in recent history is disgraceful. I feel their concern for the first time I felt that way was when Der Schlickmeister "didn't have sex with that woman" and the second time I felt that way was when Der Schlickmeister lied to the Grand Jury.
