Will the Dan Rather lawsuit trial be televised. I would love to see Dan on the stand with those Captain Queeg balls clicking around in his hand. Speaking of clicking...We're those Dan's false teeth teeth clicking all the way through the Larry King interview last night.

I saw Rather on Cavuto this afternoon and he is most definitely flat-out nuts. He dragged Summer Redstone into the “conspiracy”.
I do not think CBS will settle, after seeing that interview. I think Redstone will try to destroy Rather.

In court he will make an even bigger ass of himself. How could he possibly do that? In court, only a few people will see it, even if it's on Court TV. He made an ass out of himself on CBS news in front of millions of people with the forged documents.
