If I’m not mistaken, I believe Bush signed his DD form 180 and didn’t open his records up to just one lone hometown reporter prone to be favorable to his case. But the other guy, the guy with the seared memory, I think he’s made promises that still haven’t been kept

IIRC, Kerry finally did sign that form, well after the election. It showed the he got worse grades in college than Bush did, that's why he wouldn't sign the form before. Didn't fit their left-wing propaganda that Kerry was smart and Bush was dumb.
