If this sentiment is widely held, Obama is sunk.

“This is one Dem that will NOT vote for obama - HE is NOT qualified -
McCain will get my vote - and 34 more from my large family!”
******
“Count me and my whole Dem family in ( except for my Rep dad, who was already on the bandwagon).

They are disgusted with the DNC, plus, deeply distrustful of Obama.”
******
“t’s finally time to break through that glass ceiling. My family will also be voting for McCain this time around. This VP pick was a big energizer.”
******
“they have got my vote, a dem, or rather ex-dem now..

and I can vouch for 17 die hard dems who are voting for Mccain/Palin

GREAT GREAT GREAT CHOICE MCCAIN!!!!!!!!!”
******
“I am with you. My entire family is with you. We are voting McCain/Palin, unless for some reason Obama has to step down and would be replaced with Hillary. I do not know of anyone in our family that will be voting for Obama. We all would have voted for Hillary.”
******
“I had decided to vote for John McCain (reluctantly) as a protest vote AGAINST OBAMA. However, today with the announcement of Governor Sarah Palin, as McCain’s V.P. pick, I am not only voting for them but am EXCITED about it!!! His selection of this lovely, young mother of five, shows John McCain “get” us. Unlike Obama, who’s “not talking to those people”, McCain has shown all along that he wants our votes!! And picking Sarah Palin is a GENIUS move!! I’ll bet Obama would kick himself in his skinny ass if he could reach it!!! LOL!!”
******
Since they decided to throw Hillary in the trash, I decided to vote Replublican for the first time in my life. They just made it easier for me. Have to go now, have to go clean my front yard to get it ready for the McCain/Palin sign I’m putting up.”

There are scores of sites echoing the same refrain all over the Web. The Palin pick has absolutely energized not only the base, but is having a far and wide appeal. This is incredibly exciting!

The mistake of the liberal Dems is to believe that all female Dems are pro-abortion and therefore will not support a pro-life candidate. While a goodly share certainly are, many vote for Dems for other reasons such as hoping for government handouts, healthcare, unions, or just because they’ve never voted for Republicans before. Ma and pa said Republicans were only for the rich, and ma and pa are never wrong...until now.

They've got my vote in November as well! A war hero and a working mother who each have children in the armed forces deserve my complete respect!

Check out this one:

"Thank you MaryinOregon for your welcome! I've been a lurker here since last Spring. Just never posted before because most of you are so much more elequent in your writing that I am. I live in Florida and am hoping for the first time in Years that FL goes Republican in Nov. Isn't that ironic, considering 2000?! Noway, Nohow, Nobama!"

Even the "Bush stole the election" folks are voting McCain/Palin!!

Wow! The DNC and the Obama Campaign have to be getting mighty nervous this morning if their minions are reporting these responses from the Hillary boards. I hope they lose LOTS of sleep!

Iconified that page and opened up another to read about Palin and listen to it.

Seems she might be the modern day pioneer woman.

“Suppose you’re a voter, and you’ve got candidate X and candidate Y. Candidate X agrees with you on everything, but you don’t think that candidate can deliver on anything at all. Candidate Y you agree with on about half the issues, but he can deliver. Which candidate are you going to vote for?”

~Bill Clinton

Gotta love it

Absolutely. Some talking head on CNN was saying Dems wouldn't cross over because of Palin's anti-abortion stand and over turning Roe v. Wade. I'm assuming that there are Dems who can think and know with a Dem controlled congress, that isn't likely to happen. They're very good at trotting out the fear mongering.
