As near as I can tell in Chicago a community organizer works closely with a politician and various others to get government funds marked for improving communities. After they get the money they agree upon an equitible distribution amongst themselves and the project is abandoned.

Nice to know how they do in Atlanta. So, that makes two big cities, I wonder about the rest.

Speaking of “Barracuda”, lawyers for Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart have apparently sent a “cease and desist” letter to the McCain campaign. They don’t want the campaign to use their song, “Barracuda”

Not real smart, considering that song is the 2nd most downloaded song on Amazon (or at least it was a couple of days ago). Do they really think it is because of a sudden resurgence in the popularity of their band? No. It is because of Sarah's popularity.
