How Can Obama Cut Taxes For 95% Of Americans, When 40% Don't Pay Any Federal Income Tax At All?

Barack Obama has said - and for quite some time - to gullible listeners that he will cut taxes for 95% of Americans.

How can Obama cut taxes for 95% of Americans, when 40% (actually 40% +) of Americans don't pay any federal income tax at all?

He will try and take things back to the way they were before the Gingrinch-led welfare reform of the 90's.

Take money out of one person's pocket and put in in another person's pocket. The one being robbed by Obama gets to keep the change.

That's the change Obama will try and bring to Washington.

In Obama's own words, "That's they change they need!"

And I am thinking the Bush Tax Cut turned the number of tax filers who paid no income tax from about 25 million to over 40 million.

He’d probably give a “refund” to non-filers.

You write somebody a check and call it a tax cut.

Same way that folks who don't pay income taxes can get an "income tax rebate." These people live in an alternate universe, but no matter how hard they push the non-sensical propaganda, I will never accept it.

That’s already done. It’s called the EITC. You actually get a refund of more than you pay in.

He wants to give a $1,000 check to every no account lazy SOB in the country. He calls this a tax cut although these people pay no taxes.

They aren’t getting tax cuts; they’re getting “tax relief.” In other words, tax rebates on taxes they never paid. Or, as I always knew it, “welfare.”

If you don’t understand the Democrats’ version of tax refunds, then this will help:

50,000 people went to a baseball game, but the game was rained out. A refund was then due.

The team was about to mail refunds when a group of Congressional Democrats stopped them and suggested that they send out the ticket refunds based on the Democrat National Committee’s interpretation of fairness.

Originally the refunds were to be paid based on the price each person had paid for the tickets. Unfortunately that meant most of the refund money would be going to the ticket holders that had purchased the most expensive tickets. This, according to the DNC, is considered totally unfair. A decision was then made to pay out the refunds in this manner:

People in the $10 seats will get back $15. After all, they have less money to spend on tickets to begin with. Call it an “Earned Income Ticket Credit.” Persons “earn” it by having few skills, poor work habits, and low ambition, thus keeping them at entry-level wages.

People in the $25 seats will get back $25, because it “seems fair.”

People in the $50 seats will get back $1, because they already make a lot of money and don’t need a refund. After all, if they can afford a $50 ticket, they must not be paying enough taxes.

People in the $75 luxury box seats will each have to pay an additional $25 because it’s the “right thing to do”.

People walking past the stadium that couldn’t afford to buy a ticket for the game each will get a $10 refund, even though they didn’t pay anything for the tickets. They need the most help. Sometimes this is known as Affirmative Action.

Now do you understand?

If not, contact Representative Nancy Pelosi, Senator Harry Reid, Senator Ted Kennedy or Senator Hillary Clinton for assistance.

See post # 14 for a clear understanding of Obama’s Tax Plan.

And if that don’t clear things up, then there’s this.....

Every night, ten men met at a restaurant for dinner. At the end of the meal, the bill would arrive. They owed $100 for the food that they shared. Every night they lined up in the same order at the cash register. The first four men paid nothing at all. The fifth, though he grumbled about the unfairness of the situation, paid $1. The sixth man, feeling generous, paid $3. The next three men paid $7, $12, and $18, respectively. The last man was required to pay the remaining balance of $59.

The ten men were quite settled into their routine when the restaurant threw them into chaos. It announced that it was cutting its prices: Now it would charge only $80 for dinner for the ten men. This reduction wouldn’t affect the first four men — they would continue to eat for free. The fifth person decided to forgo his $1 contribution to the pool, and the sixth contributed $2. The seventh man deducted $2 from his usual payment and now paid $5. The eighth man paid $9, the ninth, $12, leaving the last man with a bill of $52. Outside of the restaurant, the men compared their savings, and angry outbursts began to erupt. The sixth man yelled, “I got only $1 out of the total reduction of $20, and he” — pointing to the last man — “got $7.” The fifth man joined in the protest. “Yeah! I got only $1 too. It is unfair that he got seven times more than me.” The seventh man cried, “Why should he get a $7 reduction when I got only $2?” The first four men followed the lead of the others: “We didn’t get any of the $20 reduction. Where is our share?”

The nine men formed an outraged mob, surrounding the tenth man. The nine angry men carried the tenth man up to the top of a hill and lynched him. The next night, the nine remaining men met at the restaurant for dinner. But when the bill came, there was no one to pay it.

Don’t forget the campaign contributors in the corporate skybox seats. They will get additional ticketpayer-funded subsidies for their lost time.

I got more.....

What The Dems will bring back to taxpayers .....

Taxes under Clinton 1999 Taxes under Bush 2008

Single making 30K - tax $8,400 Single making 30K - tax $4,500

Single making 50K - tax $14,000 Single making 50K - tax $12,500

Single making 75K - tax $23,250 Single making 75K - tax $18,750

Married making 60K - tax $16,800 Married making 60K- tax $9,000

Married making 75K - tax $21,000 Married making 75K - tax $18,75 0

Married making 125K - tax $38,750 Married making 125K - tax $31,250

If you want to know just how effective the mainstream media is, it is amazing how many people that fall into the categories above think Bush is screwing them and Bill Clinton was the greatest President ever. If any democrat is elected, ALL of them say they will repeal the Bush tax cuts and a good portion of the people that fall into the categories above can’t wait for it to happen. This is like the movie The Sting with Paul Newman; you scam somebody out of some money and they don’t even know what happened.

Your Social Security

Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (& some older ones) didn’t know this. It’s easy to check out, if you don’t believe it. Be sure and show it to your kids. They need a little history lesson on what’s what and
it doesn’t matter whether you are Democrat of Republican.

Facts are Facts!!!

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social
Security (FICA) Program. He promised:

1.) That participation in the Program would be Completely voluntary,

2.) That the participants would only have to pay1% of the first $1,400 of their annual
Incomes into the Program,

3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year.

4.) That the money the participants put into the independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the
general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security
Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and,

5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.

Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month — and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to ‘put away’ - -you may be interested in the following:

Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent ‘Trust Fund’ and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it?

A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democrat controlled House and Senate.

Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduct ion for Social Security (FICA) withholding?

A: The Democrat Party.

Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?

A: The Democrat Party, with Al Gore casting the ‘tie-breaking’ deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the US

Q: Which Pol itical Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants?

A: That’s right! Jimmy Carter and the Democrat Party. immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments! The Democrat Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it!

——————— ——————————————————————

Then, after violating the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away!

And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it!
If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve. Maybe not, some Democrats are awfully sure of what isn’t so.

But it’s worth a try. How many people can YOU send this to?

Actions speak louder than bumper stickers.

AND CONGRESS GIVES THEMSELVES 100% RETIREMENT FOR ONLY SERVING ONE TERM!!!

A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough
to take everything you have.
-Thomas Jefferson

He can’t cut their taxes since they don’t pay any so he’s going to send them cash. Think “welfare” without the pesky social worker...
