So, my advice to the guy is file another case... LOL..

I just talked to Danny Bickell himself and he denies any error or wrong doing and says that Mr Donofrio has not resubmitted his case, which he must do...
I don’t believe him.
I also don’t believe that I got right in to him, but I called 202-479-3024.
He wanted to argue with me and was mocking...
I have no proficiency in law and spoke only briefly of my concern for the case to go forward to Judge Thomas.
I asked him to process the case under the rules this time.
He’s a jerk.
His filing isn’t even about the birth certificate. It is against NJ Sect. of State Nina Wells for certifying candidates without vetting them.
She allowed Roger Calero on the ballot as a Presidential Candidate and I don’t even see him filed at the FEC
I don’t know Mr. Donofrio or the merits of his case, but it scare the crap out of me that the clerk can abuse his position and get away with it. I don’t know if the Justice is aware of his actions or not, but maybe there is a way to go around the clerk and get the Judge’s attention.
The silence on this is overwhelming.
I sent this out to my media and republican list again. No comments or responses.
Anyone in NJ, Middlesex County was the host to a McCain HQ.

Maybe some questions in person will help, like where was the watchdog for this election? How the hell can a criminal alien with an INS record that wasn’t filed with the FEC get on the ballot? The Republicans hosted a Presidential Candidate, why the no show of interest?
I guess that we as a people have been so complacent and negligent in assuming that elected and appointed officials that govern our lives can be trusted without scrutiny. I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t paid much attention to what goes on.
How many “small” injustices go on every day to ordinary citizen at every level of government. How many citizens are denied there due process rights and have to hire lawyers at great expense to get whats due or just tuck tail and go away.
Maybe with the forum of the internet, people can bring some pressure on these govt. stuff shirts and keep their feet held to the fire.
Send a letter to Assoc. Justice Thomas. See Leo’s web site for address and docket number. I mailed my letter this morning.
Levin, Savage and other talkers need to bring this up. Send a letter. Bickell will just give us the runaround. My hope is Thomas office sees hundreds of letters on Monday and the people ar SCOTUS start asking Danny Bickell what he is a up to.
I told her there were others cases that were making their way to through the court system and the SCOTUS MUST act one way or another to subdue the constitutional crisis that would result because we have no system of vetting a candidate in place to determine eligibility for POTUS. There was no providence or standing established.
Does anyone know why he must resubmit the case as Bickell claims.
I get on these left activism mail lists, their actions and activisms are much more affective because their mail lists tell them what needs to be done.
Whereas, on these right leaning sites I see ‘lack of spine’, ‘lack of interest’, ‘we let it happen’, ‘we got what we deserve’, and more. But no one tells us what to do. Politics is enumerated in legal issues and the information is not easy to look up.
The outrage and the silence should be a siren, a screaming siren all across this land.

Freeper MHGinTN sent a letter. I’m repasting it here in case someone needs paraphrasing guidance in writing their own.
To the Honorable and very highly esteemed, Justice Clarence Thomas:
We The People are literally hiring a man to be President of OUR United States, thus We The People have the authority to demand Barack Obama prove his eligibility. The citizen cannot prove a negative; the Burden of Proof regarding citizenship has always been on Mister Obama. And he has never met it.
There appear to be two items at work in the perniciously lingering issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s certification of natural born citizenship and thus qualification to ascend to the office of President: Standing, and Burden of Proof.
With regards to the first, Standing: several courts are dismissing cases from American citizens demanding Barack Obama prove eligibility based on lack of plaintiffs’ standing. This is outrageous! Each and every American citizen has standing to demand through the courts that a candidate prove his eligibility for elected office. For any court to rule otherwise is a travesty!
For the courts to suggest that The People must go through Congress or the Secretaries of the Several States to force production of proof of eligibility smacks of obstruction of justice. These are the same courts which do not hesitate to manufacture “rights” out of whole cloth. We The People are not asking that this man be subjected to a kangaroo court such as you endured, Your Honor, at the hands of Congressional devils. But We demand that Barack Obama prove his eligibility to even run for the office! Every document a fraudulent President signs will be a Constitutional travesty and an outrage.
Regarding the second, Burden of Proof: this is always on the candidate, for any position. Congress and the courts do not have the authority to withhold Mr. Obama’s qualifications or keep from the People a factor of ineligibility; nor does Congress have the authority to eschew Constitutionally defined requirements except by a well defined Constitutionally defined process. By the Tenth Amendment it is a right reserved to The People to demand to see a Presidential candidate’s qualifications.
If this is a Constitutional Republic still, then the people in government work for me and 299,000,000 other sovereigns of the Republic. We ought have the right to assurance that this Chicago thug is at least eligible to run for the office. Please, Sir, see to the appeals from We The People regarding this matter. [See please, docket # 08A407 ]
