“Factually Correct, Not Politically Correct”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Hawai’i judge conducts vigorous hearing on Obama birth certificate battle, reserves ruling

Andy Martin will launch a “National Conversation on the Future of America” Wednesday evening in Honolulu

(HONOLULU)(November 18, 2008) Aloha from Hawai’i.

A Honolulu circuit judge heard vigorous arguments in the lawsuit filed by Obama author Andy Martin. Martin is seeking access to Barack Obama’s original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate. The judge reserved judgment.

“We had about a half-hour hearing,” Martin states. “Both the Attorney General and I vigorously presented our respective positions. The Court gave no indication of when or how the ruling could come or what the result will be.

Interesting, thanks for the update. In the interest of our country, I hope for Mr. Martin’s success in this matter.

I hold out more hope for the Alan Keyes suit. If you read the tone of Andy’s update, he seems rather resigned to the “Obama regime” as he calls it, and how he plans to begin a conversation tomorrow evening in Honolulu on how we can oppose Obama and begin the process to “have him removed in 2012.” Doesn’t sound like to me he’s optimistic about the judge ruling in America’s favor to at least let someone see the document. He promises to release the transcripts of the hearing to the blog as soon as he gets it. Should be an entertaining read, if nothing else.

From Wiki:

Martin was born in 1945 in Middletown, Connecticut.[9] He received a B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1966, and a J.D. from that institution in 1969.

In 1973 the Illinois Supreme Court refused to grant him a license to practice law in the state. It cited several instances of troubling conduct on Martin's part, including an attempt to have a parking violation thrown out because it had been "entered by an insane judge" and his description of an attorney as "shaking and tottering and drooling like an idiot."[10]

Martin had been described by state psychiatrists as having a "moderately severe character defect manifested by well-documented ideation with a paranoid flavor and a grandiose character."[11]

Martin then became involved in consumer advocacy. Calling himself "the people's attorney general," he takes credit for being the first to file suit under the civil component of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), as well as the first to file antitrust actions against the Big Three television networks for anticompetitive practices in network affiliation agreements.[12]

So what are you saying? Because he’s crazy, he fights for us, the regular joes? LOL

I’m not really following this, but I know people here are, so I just popped over to his site to see if he had updated—he had, so I posted it...I agree—Andy’s kinda creepy.

Obama: Suffers narcissism that manifests in a godlike persona with megalomaniac tendencies. Occasionally has boughts of psychotic disorders induced from cocaine use.

I think I am liking this guy more and more. That is funny and probably was accurate, but hurt someones feelings.

There are those that Do and those that criticize. Andy Martin is one a few that fall into the those that do category. How many of us that want the truth, have taken any meaningful
action? Thanks to those that do.

We should also hold out more hope for the Donofrio case fron NJ currently in front of SCOTUS.

I fear Donofrio’s case teeters on the brink as well, simply because SCOTUS justice Souter has already tossed it. I’m hopeful that I’m wrong, but I just can’t seem to keep my hopes up for any of these. I mean, the minute a Grand Jury in a border town indicts Cheney, it’s all over the news. This stuff can’t even crack Fox News.

{sigh}
