DONOFRIO Forwards to Chief Justice Roberts Official Allegation of Misconduct

This past week, Leo C. Donofrio forwarded to the Honorable Chief Justice John G. Roberts an official allegation of misconduct against SCOTUS stay clerk, Danny Bickell.

I wouldn’t say that Drudge is in the tank for Obama.

He did favor Obama when he was running against Hillary, but I think that was mainly because he hates and fears Hillary because of things that go back to Monicagate.

He was fair enough to McCain and Palin after hillary left the scene. In fact, I thought he favored them over Obama.

Now, he has only Obama to focus on and draw in viewers. And this birth certificate business is pretty radioactive. Drudge has run some fairly negative stories on Obama even after the election, but he has to focus on whatever excites his audience.

Drudge got bitten once, along with Murdoch, when he ran with the story about clinton’s illegitimate black child, Danny Williams. In point of fact, I think the story was true, but Drudge got trapped and nailed because the child’s DNA didn’t match clinton’s DNA from the appendix of the Starr Report, and the MSM was all set to go with that.

In fact, there was a discrepancy because the Starr Report printed a fictionalized version of Clinton’s DNA, for supposed reasons of national security, but meantime the damage was done and Drudge didn’t try to pursue it any further. This birth certificate story could actually be true, yet used to entrap anyone who steps into it, by media manipulation and forgeries of the kind that clinton and Obama are making all too familiar.

Is there any way that CongressmanBillyBob’s comments/advice can be forwarded to Donofrio as well as the the 16 or so other people bringing lawsuits on this matter—John / Billybob’s permission.

Yes, I was talking about Donofrio, not anyone here on FR. Having spent three decades working with the Clerks of Court, I surmise what is happening here. Donofrio has gone in like a bull in a china shop, concluding that anything the Clerk does which is not to his satisfaction, is due to bias. Now he has put that complaint in the Chief Justice’s lap.

It will be denied. And that will be that for the Donofrio case.

Only twice in its modern history has the Court accepted a typewritten, not printed, brief. The second one was mine, and I got that right because I politely pointed out to the Clerk that in US v. Nixon his office had accepted such a brief with a promise to print it later.

You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. This is a basic truth of human nature that Donofrio has ignored. He doesn’t know what he is doing, and he is fouling the nest.

Thanks for the ping. Many of us respect CBB’s opinion, so this is a bit disconcerting. Hopefully, the justices will not demand any brown-nosing in order to follow our constitution!!

Regardless of Obama, it appears from what I am reading, that the interpretation of ‘natural born’ needs to be defined by the court for the future. I’d rather not have an illegal immigrant’s anchor baby becoming POTUS in the future.

Oh my goodness,imho LD has submitted the SCOTUS (birds) evidence of ‘Foul’ in the nest all the way to the stainless perch of SCOTUS. If LD’s case is tossed, the Scotus (birds) will have, in effect, debased the principles of the US Constitution to that of rotten cage paper.

If LD’s case is just tossed, then truck loads of toilet paper should be sent and dumped on the steps of SCOTUS. If they waste the Constitution then there must be lots of foul already in that nest and not enough cage paper.

Go you wonderful foolish bull Onofrio...shock the vultures... break their China cage mirrors.

Not much breaking, other than the action and commentary on Donofrio alleging malfeasance by the USSC clerk (Bickell,) and by the NJ judge (Sabatino.) Berg has a date with the Court on the 1st of Dec.. Donofrio has a date with the Court on the 5th of Dec..

I agree with your thinking. That's why I have tried, and won, several ballot access cases in the US Supreme Court.

I'd say he's toast. He has violated his oath as a SCOTUS clerk. Thats pretty heady stuff and he likely was on the phone to Obama before he dismissed the original Donofrio filing.That is LOW!

This is how fascism works.

And it also shows US that these suits targeting Obama's birth record are genuinely on to something.
