Right. IMO, they are allowing further jeopardization if they wait until Thursday, to hand deliver the papers. Try it tomorrow, for God's sake (and I mean that literally and reverently).

Tatiz said maybe Dec. 11. Then on to state Supreme Court. If anything goes wrong with Leo’s case on Friday hopefully the Keyes case will be there before Jan. 20.

Who knows what could happen? If they show up with 1,000 people in Thursday, the police could disperse them for demonstration on public property w/o a permit and not allow Wrotnowsky to enter the building.

A car could hit them, etc.

If divorce papers are hand delivered, should they not have enough care to do it immediately, here?

If the Supreme Court does NOT hear Cort's case by Friday, because of scheduling, the earliest it will be heard is Jan. 9, after the Elector College votes and just 11 days before Inauguration Day.

Contact the Supreme Court NOW. Demand they get ahold of Cort Wrotnowski's documents and get his case docketed THIS week!
