And here you have the best reason for Sara Palin to keep doing what she is doing. She helped get Saxby Chambliss elected. She was the first to accept the CPAC invitation for next year. She is playing for keeps. If Rush has her back in 2012, the Conservatives will be there too, and she will be tough to beat.

I love Sarah to pieces. I think she’d make an excellent president. Two things worry me, though, about 2012.
1) How much has the media succeeded in making her a cartoon?
2) If Hussein is seen as successful in 2012, will she be nominated as a sacrificial lamb, get 45 percent of the vote and end her national career?
And many of them on FR.
Personally I have a great big girl crush.
Why do conservatives feel the need to go on these shows? Barbara was rude to him. Did he expect anything different? Why bother with the glitterati?
If she runs and Mitt is running, I’ll support her.

I don’t know about ‘loving’ her, but I’ll be happy support her if she publicly (and loudly) opposes McCain’s position on illegal immigration and amnesty. As long as she continues to act as a ‘compassionate’ conservative on this issue, she will NOT get my support. If she is a member of the CFR, she will also NOT get my support. She must (and would be a sure draw for many Americans):
FIRST, effectively secure the border with the HUNTER double fence. Can be done in 6 months. Militarize in the interim. It’s what should have been done on 9/12.
NO amnesty of ANY kind for ANY illegal aliens.
END birthright citizenships.
ENFORCE current immigration laws.
END federal and state benefits to illegal aliens.
PENALIZE business owners/employers who hire illegal aliens.
ACKNOWLEDGE and STOP the agenda for a North American Union.
Bottom line: ATTRITION THROUGH ENFORCEMENT. Because our sovereignty and national security depend on it.
Rush must have his reasons for doing the show. He doesn’t need the ratings and he hates this kind of stuff. Perhaps he thought he could establish in the lib heads who watch the show that in the Era of Obama, he is the voice of the opposition. And his political counterpart is Sarah Palin.
Two things worry me, though, about 2012.

This is exactly Gov. Palin’s problem with being a successful Presidential candidate.
Its fine that she is popular with Republicans, and that she provided needed assistance to help Sen. Chambliss. But its essential that she speak over the next 4 years with serious criticism and analysis of public policy and exhibit the depth and knowledge of the issues in order to be a success in 2012.
Liberals always want conservatives to say nice things or say something good about another Liberal candidate
Liberals never get asked that questions. Say something nice about Bush
Rush is one of the few people who can hold his own with ANYBODY! He practices 3 hours a day. Rush spoke at Hillsdale College last week. HOO RAH! So he does do conservative stuff too.
And Palin would get more than 45% of the vote if the RNC did not get in her way.
Absolutely. But it’s a fine line she’s got to walk. If she spends “too much” time speaking on national issues, the press will beat her up for not paying attention to her duties at governor of Alaska. You know, like they did when Hussein ran for president pretty much from the day he was sworn into the senate.
I fear that she will never, ever, get a fair shake.
I have a crush on her.
It won’t be love until I hear her talk about immigration, and a couple of other issues.
