The case will be denied. I don't think they ever wanted anything to do with it. Look what they allowed the clerk's office to do to my case and Cort's, flagging Cort's for anthrax and everything else they did to stop it from reaching the justices. Bickell must have been operating under orders from higher up the food chain. The fact that he still has a job there is frightening.
Bickell has protection but the Constitution does not.
On Monday, the United States will wake up with no Constitution. It's all over for this Country as a Constitutional Republic. It's done as done can be. My case was strong, and Cort's case was virtually air tight. But factions of the Court didn't want these cases before them because now they didn't want the burden of history on them. Now they have no excuse. The natural born citizen issue was squarely before them. All of the resulting damage and the blood of the Constitution is on their hands forever.
Cort's case will be denied on Monday. And that will signal the very end of the nation's unique Document.]

Kreep is trying, but there is no guarantee. If he doesn’t win in Superior Court, then he still has to go to state Supreme Court.
I still say the best chance is with the Broe case in WA being handled by Steve Pidgeon. WA state law was changed a few years back after Gregoire stole the governor election to allow any voter in the state to have ‘standing’ in a case challenging a political election. If we win at the state level then SCOTUS will have to hear the case.
It has become evident that there are numerous opportunities in the highest posts of government for personal enrichment, and that people are taking advantage of them.
The alternatives range from being destroyed in the 'court' of the media personally or professionally to having accidents or waking up dead in an obscure park. We have mob rule, all right.
You may choose to sit behind your keyboard and piddle on the efforts and hopes of many who seek to show ONE WAY OR THE OTHER whether Obama is qualified for office under the basic requirements of the Constitution.
It is still a free country.
The alternative is that we can spend the next 4-8 years of wondering, doubting, and in some cases there may be violent resistance to an administration which a significant fraction of the population will earnestly believe is an usurpation of power.
Why, when this issue can be resolved by the courts? by Obama himself?
The only reason is to leave a deep divide in the population, to foment unrest and division in a population which will need to be united and pulling together to survive likely economic devastation.
Without the sense of unity we had in the '30s, it is difficult to envision the United States surviving severe and widespread economic hardship as a national entity.
Either we will redevelop that sense of national unity in spite of the outrageous media attempts to divide us, or not, and if we develop it with at least some homage paid to the Constitution, the chances of that resembling Germany in the '30s decline considerably.

They will be bitter when they see they have been played for fools in this fraud. Some will have profited, and will contend it is a 'conspiracy' against them, but I think the real conspiracy, or part of it at least, is beginning to be revealed.
It appears that there are conspiracies within other conspiracies, but the whole mass is rotten to the core.
The bottom line is that those who control public policy without regard for the results nor the nation, can make tremendous profits by manipulating that policy--especially if they have someone with the assets to take full advantage of the opportunity. Yes, there is/are someone(s) like that behind the scenes.
I had read a commentary on the situation which simply enough described the whole Obama campaign in terms of a smooth con artist. So it has been, but I fear the ability of the Media to distract people from seminal issues, and think in the long run those who have been hoodwinked will vent their irritation not on the thief, but those who point out the theft.

From the moment he takes office, anyone who is charged with any federal violation, whatsoever, no matter how small, will have a right of redress to challenge Obama to prove his citizenship status.
In fact, wherever and whenever we are asked to produce our birth certificates, we will refuse, citing Obama as the
"Prescident" of the United States.

I hate to see Cort get like this, but to give up is not in my vocabulary.
Perhaps if they had covered this the way they could have for several months now,the Supremes might have felt like they had a bit of cover instead of all out here by themselves.
