Is the Judicial Review Allowed ONLY After the Electoral College Vote and Congressional Cert?
Investigating Obama Blogspot ^ | December 15, 2008 | InvestigatingObamaBlogspot

Is this why the Donofrio v. Wells (NJ) case is still pending? Is it only after the Electoral College votes and Congress certifies the election, that the Supreme Court believes it may take action regarding the eligibility of presidential candidates? The cases currently before the court, except for the Berg (PA) case, are versus state secretaries of state, not against Barack Obama, but perhaps that does not make a difference.

Is it similar to a prosecutor only allowed to prosecute after the crime and not before?

This is an interesting read. They also claim:

"BTW, the SCOTUS has not denied Donofrio's NJ case, only his request for a stay while they confer over the Wrotnowski, CT case, Dec. 12."

I hope so. I heard Leo and Cort are pretty much off the grid now. Leo’s is avoiding Plains Radio and obviously that clown Lan Lanphere.

If anyone sees a response to this by Leo or anyone else - please post it. Leo and Cort are great patriots.

They won’t hear it...

The problem is...

Bush and the Bush Administration wants nothing to do with this issue, Vice President Cheney wants nothing to do or say about this issue, McCain and his previous campaign wants nothing to do with this issue, Governor Palin wants nothing to do with this issue and is looking forward to working with Obama, the Republican Party wants nothing to do with this issue, even Rush Limbaugh wants nothing to do with this issue, many other conservative websites want nothing to do with this issue, many here on Free Republic want nothing to do with this issue — and (of course) — the Democrats want nothing to do with this issue, along with Obama wanting nothing to do with this issue. Even the FBI wants nothing to do with it...

When you can get none of your own people in positions of authority to do something about the issue, you are *dead in the water*... And that’s the way it is right now...

And now — today — US Supreme Court — “Denied...” (with *no comment*)

I believe the mods frown upon repeated postings of the same reply, Star Traveler. It’s considered spamming.

How many times have you posted this, anyway?

You said — “How many times have you posted this, anyway?”

It’s the same kind of message that is posted — as with the one that gets posted with the birth certificate issue. When that one gets posted by the original poster, there is one poster that includes the very same info on each thread that is posted on this birth certificate issue.

Now, the point that I’m making, on each of the birth certificate threads, is simply — and being repeated for each thread — that no one in our own party, no one in our own media, no one of our own candidates, not even the FBI, not the Republican Party, itself, and even the Supreme Court — wants to do a thing about it.

It’s the same message. It’s difficult to change that message. It hasn’t changed since the Obama birth certificate issue *became* an issue... LOL..

There’s a difference between similar questions being asked by different people, and your cutting and pasting this same thing to every single thread on the topic.

It’s spamming, Star Traveler.

You said — “It’s spamming, Star Traveler.”

How many ways can you say, Bush, Cheney, McCain, Palin, the Republican Party, our media (their media... LOL...), the FBI, the Supreme Court and a whole host of other conservatives all say the same thing.

These are specific names of specific people doing “specific things” (namely “nothing”) about a specific issue.

Not too much “give and take” there... LOL...

You said — “Star is an idiot. For further proof, look to the following thread, and the one it references:

I knew some couldn’t read here, but I didn’t expect to find you in that category. I’m sorry to say, that now I see you’re in that category, too... LOL...

You should put on some glasses and see that you’re referring to *another person*... :-)

My, my..., if only some FReepers could read... LOL...

I get those keyboard commandos all the time with the “let it go” or “truther” or whatever. Well Soros kid wrote an editorial today on how he and his gang are working to get rid of the Electorial College.

The Second Amendment will be next. Meanwhile these POS keyboard commandos attack leo and other people trying to protect the Constitution.

I must apologize for referring to Star Traveler as EveningStar.

Both have been saying similar, stupid things, about the court cases, but EveningStar was much worse.

Star Traveler keeps trolling these threads and I jumped on him after my prior involvement with the other “Star.”

I stand corrected.

What is it about these people who have “Star” in their name?

It's just a popular name, or part of a name. STARWISE, for instance, has posted a number of threads pertaining to Obama's eligibility for office.

You said — “What is it about these people who have “Star” in their name?”

Hey..., I was the first... :-)

But, really, perhaps my insistence at saying that no one (who is qualified or is a leader or should) is going to do anything about Obama being qualified or not — in being President — is what is irritating. Sure it’s irritating, if you don’t want him to be President. But, that’s not my real point — to be irritating.

Rather, it’s to show that we really don’t have anyone or institutions or a methodology in which anyone really is going to do anything or is willing to do anything.

The absolutely more constructive thing to do — at this point in time — is to make sure that we change the vetting process for a Presidential Candidate, so that this same thing cannot happen again. That may require some state laws being added to require action on behalf of the Secretaries of State before they can legally put someone on the ballot.

If people are working “for the future” (in that regard), then fine. We should all uphold the Constitution by putting something in place in which we don’t have to get to this point, where someone is already elected, before we “vet” him...

If people are working all these lawsuits for the purpose of getting rid of Obama — well..., that’s just not going to work, because no one wants *anything* to do with that solution...

Work for the future, instead...

One more thing...

You said — Star Traveler keeps trolling these threads and I jumped on him after my prior involvement with the other “Star.”

Let me point out that I’m no more *trolling* these threads than anyone else who posts these threads or comments on them (some of the same people, over and over again — like me...).

Nope, what is happening is everyone who is interested in a *particular subject* will go to those threads and make comments. This is definitely a thread that I’m interested in (along with others, as you can see from my posting history). This just happens to be a “really hot topic” right now and I’m just as interested in it as the next guy around here at Free Republic.

Just because I have a *different viewpoint* than another poster doesn’t turn me into someone “trolling”.... LOL...
