Once wasn't enough for The One. After Justice John Roberts butchered delivering the oath to President Barack Hussein Obama yesterday...he had to do it again...today...in the White House.

Apparently several constitutional scholars, law abiding and deriding citizens that they are, advised the president he'd potentially suffer a legal challenge (from whom, Biden?) if he didn't do it right.

Spare me. Since when do Leftists give a rat's ass about The Constitution or laws?

If Leftists gave a fig about laws, Timothy Geithner would be facing charges instead of self-aggrandizing Senators.

Obama jumped in too fast on the first line at :40. Then Roberts put “faithfully” in wrong spot starting at :47. Then Obama mumbles “And will to...best” at 1:00 instead of “And will to THE best”.

Thats 3 mistakes. Picky, sure, but since Obamas flubbing of the oath is only being blamed on Roberts by the MSM and DUmmies, I thought actually listening to it and deciding for ourselves might be a better idea.

And if he didn’t take it again, you know some idiot would waste time and money litigating it.

So on Day 1...we're treated with "the law" and a super-abundance of caution.

A day late and a (few million) dollars short.

I hope everyone is ready for the fight. . . she's a comin'.

Since Conservative activists began filing lawsuits left and right regarding Obama's birthplace. A couple of those reached SCOTUS. DO you really think these same activists wouldn't try again with a possible "oath of office" suit?

I'm actually impressed. Considering the lengths Citizen Obama went to to avoid producing his birth certificate, I thought he would obstinately refuse to take care to accurately take the oath which is specifically mandated by the last paragraph of Section 1 of Article II of the Constitution.

This was the third time in presidential oath taking history that the oath was re-done: both Chester A. Arthur and Calvin Cooledge had re-dos after flubs of the exact wording.

And did that impel Odinga go produce his birth certificate?

I'm with the MSM and the DUmmies on this one. Roberts was clearly in the throes of an Obasm and hesitated after saying, "I, Barack Hale-Bopp Obama"...to which BHBO understandably repeated.

As to the second flub, it was clearly Roberts who incorrectly placed the word "faithfully" at the end of the sentence which cause Obama to hesitate because he knew it didn't sound right.

After that, it was a total mess on both their parts.

No, but they know they can tussel with that for years with minimal real threat to his losing the office. But as to the Oath, it's on videotape. Everyone knows it was flubbed... And re-swearing the Oath probably took all of 3 minutes. Now, if someone wishes to file suit that he took it on the wrong date... they're welcome to spend the money. But ultimately, both suits are money down a 'Rat hole.
