You are right to be concerned with anything as important as the Constitutional requirements for holding the highest elected office in this country. Failing to be concerned would send a message that the law just doesn’t matter if you’re in a high enough office. I believe the system will work and the whole truth will eventually be public. In the meantime, I truly do appreciate your input and also having the opportunity to be your servant in the United States House of Representatives

I am having my doubts that the courts will hold our Kenyan-in-Chief accountable for the truth of his history.
He’s “watching” the cases go through the court, which implies his point of view is passive, since we’re all “watching” the cases cycle through the courts I’m not sure his letter is at all meaningful.

Exactly. Under the Constitution, there are 3 co-equal branches of the Federal Government. How can someone not born in this country - and therefore illegally holding the office of the President - be “co-equal” with any of the legislators?
It is pointless at this point anyway. If the Birth Certificate does surface, the question will be, why didn’t he show it before the election when asked? He’s had time to create an undebunkalbe forgery, etc etc etc.... Nothing can legitimize him now.

He's just throwing a bone to some birther constituants who have been bothering him with their conspiracy theories, hoping it will make them shut up and stop calling his office.

On the other hand, probability alone assures us that there are likely a few in Congress who think honestly about the birth certificate problem in a manner very similar to that portrayed in this letter.
Who knows? He was a federal judge—maybe the issue really interests him.
Then he should have objected when the electoral votes were counted-- that was the one time that the issue could actually have been raised.
Like clockwork I see Obama/DNC employees/deniers have arrived. The former judge knows what Dr. Edwin Vieira also knows and eventually it will come out.
Wonder why Hillary wanted Secretary of State? Because the people above her in line of sucession will be removed for fraud and she becomes POTUS. The Clintons are probably dropping their dime through Berg soon.
