What The District Court’s Ruling For “Obama” Really Means
Obama Crimes (Philip J. Berg, Esq.) ^ | Mar 26, 2009 | Lawrence J. Joyce, Esq.

For over two years now, bloggers have been discussing the question as to whether Barry Soetoro (otherwise known as “Barack Obama”) is in fact a “natural-born citizen” of the United States, which the Constitution requires in order for one to be President (Article II, § 1, Cl. 5). A natural-born U.S. citizen is someone who, in essence, obtains citizenship without any Act of Congress being necessary. So if you are born in the U.S., you are a citizen automatically, with no Act of Congress needed; and thus, you are a natural-born citizen. A “naturalized citizen” of the United States, on the other hand, is someone who obtains U.S. citizenship under some Congressional statute. For instance, to become a U.S. citizen, those who are born in foreign countries must become naturalized citizens by following the procedures prescribed by Congress. Also, in order for those who may have ever given up their U.S. citizenship (either natural-born citizenship, or naturalized citizenship) to become U.S. citizens again, they must become citizens through the naturalization process.

I have posted no less than two original stories every day on FR regarding Obama’s lack of eligibility to be POTUS under the Constitution. Whether they don’t like the source (Huffington Post) or whether one of the monitors is one of these “its a dead issue” RINO’s, the story is being truncated on FR. So much for celebrating freedom and the Constitution among conservatives.

Sigh. More pathetic birthers making pathetic excuses for their losses in court, desperately clinging to their crackpot theories. It would funny if it were not so sad.

There's nothing pathetic, funny or sad about it. People are free to discuss what they want to discuss.

Anyone making a habit of mocking folks for engaging in this discussion and who persistently intrudes with displays of self-importance, impatience and intellectual bullying is one insecure, emotionally stunted troll.

Wasn’t his sister admittedly born in kenya? Therefore since he hasn’t produced any evidence he was born in hawaii, we would expect that his birthplace was the same as his sister’s?

My understanding is that his sister (half-sister) was born in Indonesia.
