A different point of view
Pastor Manning is a great American. Glad he puts all of his videos on Youtube under his Atlah Worldwide user name.
From what I have seen ... black folk are every bit as racist as white folk ... but they get away with it
Amazing!
Wow, this is stunning in its honesty.
A bump for the good black pastor!!
Your comment's a put down, it's mildly racist, liberal in the sense of "we're all the same" and truthful in that pragmatic sense of the real.
Lotta stuff for so few words...
I would differ.
I would say that the Kook Wing of the Democratic Party don’t know how to run no nation.
And the Kook Wing is about all thats left.
Sure tells more truth than average!
Give me Thomas Sowell, Alan Keyes, and Pastor Manning as a government, and I’ll give you one of the most intelligent, productive, and free nations that history would ever see. And I would be honored to live there.
Alas, due to the black populace being hypnotized by socialist entitlement and a culture of extreme failure, we won’t see it.
Agreed.
I stopped it when he said the “N” word.
He is a racist. He might have black skin, but he hates black people.
I will not listen to him again.
I was thinking the same thing. Throw in Clarence Thomas, Larry Elder, and Jesse Lee Peterson, and you couldn't knock the smile off my face with a 10 lb. sledge.
That was some diatribe though. What I saw was a pained man, a very pained man, fraught with racial shame. Yes, he was racist here. No matter how much truth he might have spoken, bottom line, he went over the line and made it racist.
I agree with his evaluation of the state of Black Men today, but I wouldn't make it a race thing, I'd say it is simply cultural. He said that the only time Black Men have done anything good, was here under white people rule. I think that is purely a cultural issue.
I heard alot of pain in that man's voice, and I feel for for him, I hope he finds the peace he needs.
I haven’t yet watched the video, but the blanket statement in the title of the thread seems a bit much for me. The current ‘black man’ president doesn’t know how to run a country (except into the ground), but I won’t believe that there isn’t a black man who couldn’t ‘lead’ (not ‘run’, but ‘lead) this great nation.
Thanks for your feedback. Yes, the guy was in pain. But he trashes way too many people. I appreciate, too, that there’s some slang maybe that’s similar to what I would call using the familiar word, but, hey, the guy was IN A PULPIT, he was being recorded, the recording made its way onto the internet, and thus, has a widespread audience, including some of us who do not cotton to use of the “N” word nor to anything closely resembling that. Hellloooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!!! He needs to go buy a clue. Ironic that I would have the audacity to take exception to a black man’s use of the word or to a similarly sounding word, but I do take exception to it. And my reaction comes from deep within my gut and I’ll stand by my reaction. If he were here, I’d say it to his face.
My late grandfather forbade the use of the “N” word, my parents have never used it, I have never used it. I will not tolerate it.
BTW, I think many white folk who harbor hatred of black people in the secret places of the heart DID vote for Obama. And now, they think they’ve proven themselves non-racist. I think they’re over-simplifying. All things will be revealed. Sooner or later.
Nuff said.
