President Obama's lawyers in Los Angeles have previously threatened to seek monetary damages against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution.
Now, Barack Obama has a high powered Washington lawyer threatening sanctions against attorney John Hemenway for representing a veteran who is seeking proof of Obama's eligibility to be commander-in-chief. Family Security Matters has the letter.
Barack Obama’s lawyer, Robert F. Bauer, is threatening a D.C. attorney with “sanctions,” because the attorney is simply requesting that Obama show proof of his birth. No legalizing on our part.

The president of the United States is threatening sanctions – and the word “sanctions” is used in the threat -- against attorney John Hemenway. Read on.
“I represent President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph Biden. I write to request that, in light of the District Court’s March 24, 2009 Rule 11 order in Hollister v. Soetoro, No. 08-2254, you withdraw the appeal filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, No. 09-5080. For the reasons stated in Judge Robertson’s order, the suit is frivolous and should not be pursued.
Should you decline to withdraw this frivolous appeal, please be informed that we intend to pursue sanctions, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees, pursuant to federal Rule Appellate Procedure 38 and D.C. Circuit Rule 38.”
Reportedly, President Obama is spending over one million dollars in legal fees to hide his birth and college records. Why?
Bill Cunningham will talk about it. Of course around here he’s on late on Sunday nights. Conspiracies usually can’t work because someone will always spill the beans. Even with all the lawsuits and pressure from citizens, nothing has budged this. At least there’s a few of us who know what’s going on. Guess they’ll come for us first. sarcasm engaged in the neutral gear, not on, not off.
I should have been more specific, but I was inquiring about the misdirection of funds. I’m on a ping list, but don’t always get pinged for all the articles on this case. I’ve been trying to follow them all the best I can.
This reads like a second rate novel. And it is all too familiar!
1. I hope they do, because we will finally get an official statement on how much money Obama is spending to try to stop the public from getting a copy of his long form Hawaii birth certificate, the one with the names of the birth doctor and the birth hospital on it.
2. As we know, some people say that Obama is spending at least a million dollars in trying to stop persons in court cases throughout the country from gaining access to his Hawaii long form birth certificate, while some other people claim that the one million dollar estimate is way too high.
3. My point is this: If Obama's lawyers dare send a bill to the court for lawyers' fees in this California case, then we will get a good idea about how much money Obama is paying his high-priced lawyers to keep his Hawaii long form birth certificate from public view and analysis.
4. That is, we will finally find out if Obama is spending a million dollars or more to stop the public from examining his Hawaii long form birth certificate, or if his spending much less.

Follow up on the FBI (Orly Taitz)
1. Obama's recent federal tax form shows Obama earned about $2 million dollars last year.
2. My question is this: Who is paying all those lawyers who are fighting nationwide to keep Obama's long form birth certificate and college records from being revealed to the public, because some people estimate that it is costing Obama at least a million dollars in lawyer fees to fight the many court cases throughout the country.
3. My point is this: If Obama is NOT paying the lawyers' fees out of his own pocket, because I don't think he could afford to do so---if we are to believe his 2009 federal income tax filing---then who is?
4. Is the Democratic Party paying Obama's legal fees? Is that legal?
If the DNC is paying his legal bills for a personal lawsuit, unrelated to his duties as president, shouldn't that be counted as Barack Obama's income?
Good points. In addition, I read somewhere that the lawyers filing suit would welcome an attempt by Obama’s lawyers to sanction them. It could only be done through the courts, and this would give the plaintif’s lawyers the opportunity to demand that Obama release documents needed to defend themselves against sanctions. If Obama refused, then, as I understand it, the sanctions could not legally be applied. Is there a lawyer out there who can clarify this?
