ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - The State Personnel Board today dismissed an ethics complaint filed against Gov. Sarah Palin.

The governor's office says it was the 13th ethics complaint filed against the governor or her staff that has been resolved with no finding of a violation of the state ethics law.

Andree McLeod of Anchorage filed the complaint. Among the allegations was that Palin violated the Executive Branch Ethics Act in using state resources and staff to further her own national political aspirations.

Well, I would say she’s been thoroughly vetted now.

What we cannot control, we fear.
What we fear, we hate.
What we hate, we seek to destroy.

Says a lot about her persecutors, doesn’t it?

“Independent Counsel Michael Geraghty found the allegations lacked merit, and that the governor or any member of her staff violated the state ethics act.”

Great writing by the AP there. Awful grammar. Or did they intentionally make this read like “Independent Counsel Michael Geraghty found ... that the governor or any member of her staff violated the state ethics act.” Gee, I wonder. /sarc

In the law, that would be malicious prosecution.

No?

Isn’t there any mechanism in Alaska to punish people that file frivolous complaints and waste public resources?

...has been resolved with no finding of a violation of the state ethics law...

Time to throw Andree McLoad's goatsmellin' ass in jail for harassing the Governor. This really was a load! What the hell would an Obamacorn know about ethics anyway?

No, but once the last of these is dismissed, some law should be passed forcing these bastards to pay all costs and be fined, payable to the person who is victimized by this nonsense.

They fear her, that's for certain. She speaks the truth without directing scorn at these detractors. They don't deserve (and they know it) to be treated with class.

Over at Conservatives4Palin it’s been discovered that these same lowlifes are now following Palin around taking pictures of her legs, and ranting about how her skirt is too short. I guess the instigator of that is none other than Shannyn Moore who writes for the Huffington Post, and who last I saw her on TV she was wearing Palinesque type glasses. I suspect next she’ll be peeking in Palin’s windows, and breaking in to steal her underwear. These people are not only DNC/0bama/Axelrod operatives, they are becoming more mentally unhinged on a daily basis.

LOL.

Oh goodness. They will regret keeping Sarah Palin in the news, they are mice fighting a gorilla, only they won’t realize it until they have helped create a Palin presidency.
