I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.
Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama’s attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court” instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).
The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!
The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

Judge Carter, “If President Obama fits the qualifications under the rules of the court, the longer the delay the more credibility it lends to the complaint,” he said. “If President Obama does not meet the court’s requirements, the delay also causes a problem.”

That's Obama's death knell. He'll have fight even the discovery phase of the suit.
Sure, he'll claim "executive privilege" to stall...and it'll be the Discovery Order vs Executive Privilege at the USSC one day.
I believe the appeal route for this Judge is via the 9th Circuit. Normally they'd rule to diminish executive power.
We'll see.
And, likewise, so much for the prediction by some that Orly Taitz was going to be smacked down today. That didn't happen, and indications are that it isn't going to happen later...

Already a couple of people dead as a result of knowing too much about Zero.. (the guy Sinclair mentioned and someone who was going to testify about the passport database “scrubbing”)
Kudos to this Judge...I wish others would follow suit. Its time to put this charade to an end. I he’s eligible, fine -then next I want to see school records, & then I want the vetting process done on this potus. When it comes to the question, “do you, or have you ever been involved with radicals, etc” He absolutely has to answer yes - which would then disqualify him anyway!

I hope the lid blows off the case, and we hear the commotion over the top of the squeals from the Congress and Senate.
The Traitors have sealed this up far too long it is TIME to open the can of worms.

That Marine Judge may be just the man to do the job. And I am confident that whatever the judge decides will be a fair judgment.

Fox just reported that Senator Leaky Leahy is about to push a slew of leftist judge appointments to the appellate courts. Cram them through while they can.
