Show me the certification from ONE state that requires it, please?
Here's the problem:
Nancy Pelosi signed, under penalty of perjury, a version where she specifically certified that 0bama is Constitutionally qualified for the job.
Then SHE PULLED THAT DOCUMENT BACK, and signed a document that was MUTE as to his Constitutionally qualifications, and submitted that one instead.
There is absolutely no reason that a state that doesn't require the eligibility statement would require that it be omitted!
The most logical reason is that she wanted to avoid committing perjury. (Treason is apparently less of a concern in her mind, as anyone familiar with her voting record can attest)
The other thing? She had to have known in advance, or at a minimum discovered after signing the first version, that he was NOT qualified. Otherwise, she would have let the first version stand.
She knew. She knew. She knew. She knew. She knew. She knew. She knew. She knew. She knew.
And, in the name of partisan politics, she deliberately betrayed our country and our Constitution.
It does impress me as very significant but we already went over this months ago on the BC thread. This isn’t new news. I don’t recall what the outcome was. I hate it when news organizations jump the gun. I like to have all of my evidence, then make my case or not. I think we need a copy from each state or at least more than Colorado. I also would like to see Bush’s and Clinton’s. The FReeper rollingstone is saying this means nothing. I haven’t seen his proof yet, but it seems to me when we discussed this months ago, obviously we decided there was an explanation or we wouldn’t have dropped it, right? UNLESS we just totally dropped the ball and moved on before we reached a conclusion.

AND that is very *fishy* and she needs to explain it. We need to get other documentation, Bush, Clinton, if it’s there, and Obama’s is the only one that was removed, hello “Houston, we have a problem”
Hey joe relax have a mojito, this has been discussed on another thread just cant find it right now and I qualified my remarks with if I recall, we are on the same side so take it easy., IIRC California had the certified form also. The forms were made in Dencer then sent to the different states, some with some without cert. Thank You

I have another question...Why would Nancy Pelosi sign that form? In what capacity? Speaker of the House? She isn’t in charge of the Democratic party? Sorry for the questions, just playing catch-up.

Hmmmm. It says “legally” not “Constitutionally”.
I’d be curious to know if the constitutionality of whatever law she’s claiming has ever been upheld.
Side bet, it’s the McCaskill resolution, it was approved as a “sense of the Senate” and that’s almost as good as an actual law, isn’t it?

In and of themselves, the eligibility statements are enough to raise some questions but, when combined with all of the other information that has been collected about zero (some by Orly Taitz, some by Jerome Corsi, some by Joeseph Farah), the fire is getting much, MUCH smokier and flames can occasionally be seen through the smoky haze.
What is much more interesting is that Queen 9% Nazi Pelousy is now implicated in the fraud and it explains MUCH about HER arrogant attitude and why she seems to believe that she is co-president with zero!!

Sadly, I believe that he'll "break" the ACORN prostitution story, which is big, but not the "tide changing" story he claims it will be.
Maybe that is why the Speaker prepared a document addressing the lower requirements? So the 'O' would be required to provide his own statement and give her an out (an "Oops, I forgot!" moment?)? After all, what is he going to do to her if she "forgot," and now he has to sign a statement that he is constitutionally qualified?
Then when they come to her later she can say, like Sgt Schultz of Stalag 13, "I know nothing, NOTHING!" with a "straight" face. (cough, gag, choking sounds, sound of body hitting the floor)
