This article primarily concerns vetting Barack Obama for President which of course is important. But it is also about unlawful, surreptitious plotting of fraud by political and government sponsored agents.
Think about the surreptitious agreement for allowing illegal (illegal like in fraud) immigrants across the US boundary, essentially an invasion, fostered by The Council on Foreign Relations, ala GWB, John McCain, Hillary Clinton, Jay Rockefeller, and virtually all Democrat funded politicians down to the State level - essentially for vote farming. This is not a conspiracy when it violates the very laws of the United States, and is opposed by a significant majority of US taxpayers?
The United States federal government is now as corrupt as at any time in its history. For some perverted reason that is covered up by the mass media, which in itself is reduced to central control by a few bigoted pretenders.
The job of each and every legitimate taxpaying citizen in the United States is to isolate, expose, and reject the sinister among us. It's going to take a gut-wrenching and principled effort. Exposing Barack Obama is a good start, but we're talking only a front man for a deep psychological schism between the Left (the sinister) and the Right (the responsible).

This is a major find and has extremely serious implications. I won’t impugn the Canadafreepress (and kudos to them for breaking this story!), but I want to see the story verified by a second, independent source, before I get too animated about it!!
In the meantime, we need to get maximum pressure on the Dems to come clean if this story is true!! And, if it is, there won’t be enough tar, feathers and rails to run zero, Pelousy, et al, who perpetrated this fraud on America and the American people!! All any of us will be able to do is get out of the way of the millions of angry Americans.

Filing with the 50 states a notarized version is tantamount to telling a lie before a judge in a court after being sworn in. Coming back to apologize and ‘resubmit’ is not even ont he same page as telling the lie to start with.
At least Pelosi was being honest in releasing the second document and not the first.

What Beck has is evidence on video tape that the Org which Barry SOetoror worked fro for years is a criminal enterprise which Barry Soetoro has established taxpayer funding for to the tune of billions. The network of front orgs is extensive and many will no doubt be connected to the current fraud-in-chief and many of his czarinas. That corruption in the democrap party is a much bigger story than the healthscare bill debate because—as Glenn put it today—’debating the healthcare reform with dishonest brokers’ in both parties is a study in futile fornicating. [Glenn didn’t mention fornicating, that was my own addition. He was more diplomatic.]

I pray that there are some good prosecutors out there. Subpoenas should be coming in thick and fast, if we have anybody with the courage to try to enforce the law.

I don’t want to pop everyone’s buble here, but the two different forms were used for different states, some needed the certification, some didn’t.
It can also be seen that this is a second one, signed again by the parties, as opposed to something cut/pasted. I would be interested to know about the same documents as filed in PAST nominatons. Have they previously all included the “qualified” sentence? Isn’t this sort of the main purpose of the document if it is meant to affirm or “qualify” the candidate?

So I believe they will also be looking into this.

They won’t have to submit a corrected document. They will say that they intentionally omitted the clause about Obama being eligible under the Constitution because everyone knows that the SCOTUS hasn’t ruled on the definition of a natural born citizen as it applies to a person born to one American-citizen parent and one foreign-citizen parent.
Obama found another loophole.

This article says that the form without the certification is the one on file in all 50 states. Do you have information to the contrary?
This is old news and was gone over probably over a month ago on one or more of the BC threads, I believe (recall?) there were like 5 states without the cert.
Someone posted the one with cert to one or more of the states IIRCC. I will try and look. The states without the cert would be the same ones that had the resident alien Roger Calero on the ticket. In the states that needed a cert or checked citizenship Calero was replaced by another name.
