A politician - and one that is facilitating the communization of the U.S.A. by supporting the left and in particular in supporting amnesty for criminals.
Like has been said earlier, he knows he's in trouble in SC. He will do those things that he hopes will mollify a sufficient number of SC voters to preclude his being kicked to the curb.
The RNC (and the SCGOP for grahamnesty) need to be held accountable for the rino travesty, as well as the rinos themselves.

I tend to agree with you but... this crap will take years to get to court... and multi-millions of dollars. Delays and more delays.

There is a reason for this decision but I’m not sure what it is. It certainly doesn’t make sense when you consider that KSM was ready to plead guilty in the military court system.

I heard that the Holder’s goal is to get this trial turned over to some international court, where Bush and Cheney can be tried for war crimes, as well. He knows that you can’t try KSM in a civil court in NY city.
If this clip was run on all of the networks OB would be feeling a lot of heat. But it won’t happen.

One thing Graham knows is the law. Both civil and military. And Graham has served as a federal appellate judge, so he knows what constitutes appeals.
Holder looked like a first year law student. Either incredibly unprepared, or basically a fall guy who was told "don't say a word".
Grahamnesty is a pain, but like a broken clock, he has his moments.

LG voted to confirm Holder, and Sotomayor. He often talks tough, but votes obligingly. Holder was the guy who signed off on those pardons from Clinton at the last minute of his presidency, and he has all kinds of dicey things he’s done.
