Sarah Palin Gives Hope For Future Like The Great Jewish Heroine Esther
Governor Palin 4 President ^

Posted on 01/01/2010 3:41:07 PM PST by MaxCUA

I admire Sarah Palin. She gives me hope for the future, and reminds me of the great Jewish heroine Esther.

Humble, reverential and courageous. I hope she becomes the first female president of the United States. I have carefully observed the impressive onslaught of lies and hatred directed at her since she joined John McCain in his bid for the White House.

I will review just a few of her splendid accomplishments.

What I like most about Sarah Palin is her love for her husband and her children. I've long believed there is nothing nobler a person can do in this life than to do a good job raising their children; it appears that Todd and Sarah Palin have an excellent marriage and a great family.

That's no small success in this divorce-ravaged society.

My second favorite thing about Sarah Palin is her love for her country. I know that her political activism springs from a deep appreciation of our rich history and hope-filled future.etc..

You seriously need to stop the cult worship. I do not think that even Sarah Palin wants this.

Sarah Palin is NO Esher.

Read about Esther in the Bible and you will see that in no way, shape or form is she on the level of Esther. I'm surprised at your ignorance. Don't belittle Esther in this way.

I am in the middle of Palin’s book. I feel like I am reading a long, long letter from my best friend. God Bless Sarah and her family.

I don’t know about that. Although now that you mention it, there are more than a few folks out there with Haman-size bad attitudes about her and her family.

Its a letter to the editor published in a Massachusetts newspaper. That location makes it interesting if nothing else.

Why are you attacking the poster? All he did was post the article. Some letter to the editor.

Sheesh go take your meds

Timely. I’m reading, ‘Women of the Bible’ in this, the New Year. It’s a year-long devotional study of the women in scripture.

I don’t put Mrs. Palin in league with God; I doubt she herself would, either. But...we just might see Him working through her, which is sorely needed, IMHO.

You seriously need to stop the cult worship.

You seriously need to stop accusing people of cult worship.
It is totally uncalled for and rude.
If you don't agree with someones perceptions...fine...
but it gives you no right to cast unwarranted insults.

It would be better were you to cite the original source - an oped in the Gloucester Times, by Stuart Diamond.

LOL... What do you call people who compare politicians to Bible figures? Seriously go away and do not give me a lecture what to say.

Totally meaningless cartoon in the light of her resignation from Alaska governor without completing her first term. She resigned because the liberal media defeated her. She surrendered. No amount of excuses from Palin or her fans regarding why she resigned is going to change this fact.
