Apparently, you can have it both ways.

Freak snowstorms and record low temperatures sweeping northern China are linked to global warming, say Chinese officials.

The head of the Beijing Meteorological Bureau, Guo Hu, linked the blizzard-like conditions this week to unusual atmospheric patterns caused by global warming.

”In the context of global warming, extreme atmospheric flows are causing extreme climate incidents to appear more frequently, such as the summer’s rain storms and last year’s icestorm disaster in southern China,” Mr Guo told Beijing News.

This reminds every time the TV Guide channel announces that "The Day After Tomorrow" will be shown, the promo reads something like, "global warming causes a new ice age." I think, "did they actually write that with a straight face"?

Of course China will promote the myth of Global Warming; It gives them a huge competitive edge over the U.S.

The corrupt-to-crats in the U.N. would allow them to pollute and spew CO2 while the U.S., "led" by appeasers like 0bama, acquiesces to crippling restrictions.

Perhaps the Chinese should keep an eye on this guy. That is, he seems to be conspiring with some westerners, to advocate change in China that will not be to the interests of the party.
