Done really easily. All you have to do is park your domain somewhere and have it point somewhere else. Anyone could do it — you could set one up for, say, “spooks.org” and have it point to nsa.gov no worries, assuming you owned the spooks.org domain.

This is probably someone’s clever idea of a practical joke. And it’s a good one!

LOL...reminds me of spring break 1987 in Key West...we wandered into Captain Tony’s and began to look at all the business cards stapled to the walls.

My favorite was an NSA business card...the name and phone number were redacted and underneath “National Security Agency” in tiny letters was the phrase “We’re Watching You”
