Medina can’t win and besides she is supported by Ron Paul.

I like Mrs. Palin, but I’m very disappointed that she is supporting RINOs.

What do you think of Medina? Do you think she is a true conservative?

No, as evidenced by Ron Paul’s support of her campaign.

I’d like to know more about Medina. I might vote for her, Ron Paul or not. I know for certain, after suffering Perry and KBH, I’m not voting for either of those fools. I think Mrs. Palin is making a mistake endorsing Perry, but I do know they are buddies. From here on out I’m going to be paying very close attention to her and trying to learn more about her. This McCain/Perry thing has me worried.

I was also very disappointed that the NRA endorsed RINO Scozzofava in the NY District 23 race.

Sarah Palin endorsed Rick Perry and will be in Tex to campaign for him.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Ohhhhhhh, but nooooooooo. The “purity policy” have disqualified Sarah forever because she’s paying back McCain by stumping for him (sarc).

Is this endorsement a big deal for Texas conservatives? Just wondering if it will make any difference with him vs. KBH.

No kiddin’. Ever notice how the majority of Republicans seem to be “RINOs” to the Conservatively Correct Crowd?

The Trans-Texas Corridor was Perry’s biggest mistake and he’s backed off of that. He’s been great for Texas gun owners and has worked hard to avoid raising taxes. I like a lot of the stuff Medina says, BUT, there’s a big problem with her having practically no political experience.

In Texas, the Bushes are not that popular with the non-Democrat party voting base anymore. That amnesty thingy hurt them and the newly arrived Mexicans vote for Democrats no matter what cause they want free stuff in Spanish and they don’t want immigration or any laws for that matter, enforced. Longer term residents from Mexico are more Americanized in Texas. They don’t want illegals here sucking off tax payers, either.

Kay Baily would be a nightmare for Texas at this moment in history with the drug war encroaching on Texas. Perry, would be a wild man if it became necessary. Kay...she’d be making excuses and blaming us and our freedoms for our beheadings and kidnappings along side the Mexican government.

For starters look up Debra Medina's column 'Latinos and the GOP'

'It’s a shame isn’t it, that Republicans continue to ignore Hispanics especially here in Texas?' Debra Medina

'Ignore them', Mrs Medina? Since when? What more do you want? Or shouldn't we ask?

Medina ad:

“Who is going to think more about Latino families? Rick Perry, Kay Bailey Hutchison or me, who has a Latino family?” (Medina’s cultural heritage is German and Bohemian.)

She told a colleague last month in an e-mail. “Being married, however, to someone with a Mexican American heritage, I certainly embrace the culture.” But before she explained that, she told my colleage, who had asked her whether she considers herself Latina: “I’d not consider myself anything other than a wife and mother, a nurse and a patriot. I believe we too often get into race when it’s immaterial.”

No, Thanks, Mrs Medina.

She is also running Spanish ads. Hello Mrs.Medina! If they cannot speak English then they have no business voting IMO. When they learn English then let them vote. Assimilate. Learn English. Appreciate all America gives you.

So I’m sure she is blowing a lot of hot air just like Obama did just to get elected. Running those ads and saying what she has, tells me the border issue is just a try to get votes for herself.

No, thanks, I’ll stick with ‘ol RINO Perry. Texas has remained in better shape than almost any if not all of the states in the union under Perry's watch. As someone said, 'he's the devil we know'.

The motly crew running for governor is laughable; a MUSLIM, a trecherous RINO woman* (Hutchison) and a woman with questionable loyalties

*Feds Have Built Only 32 Miles of 700 Mile Double-Border Fence Originally Mandated by Congress “One reason DHS has been able to do this is an amendment that Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R.-Texas) slipped into an omnibus appropriations bill that Congress passed on December 18, 2007. Hutchison’s amendment put a loophole in the fence law that allowed the secretary of Homeland Security not to build the fence Congress had mandated the year before.”
