BORN IN THE USA? Attorney links eligibility, health care challenges

What President Obama has described as a monumental victory – the passage of health-care reform legislation – could be linked in court to the ongoing controversy over his eligibility to hold the nation's highest office. Attorney Orly Taitz – now a candidate for secretary of state in California – today provided to WND a court filing in which she asks that her eligibility challenge be joined with a case that contests the constitutionality of the Democrats' massive health-care plan. Taitz argues, "H.R. 3590 was signed into law by Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, who … never proved his legitimacy to the presidency. Therefore the act is invalid, as it was not signed by one legally entitled to sign it." Her e-mail documentation indicated she filed with the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation under federal court rules. She's asking to link her case and the case brought by a long list of state attorneys general against the health-care law, Florida et al vs. United States Department of Health and Human Services. Taitz is suing Obama "in regards to damages suffered by her" as part of an amended complaint filed in federal court in Washington.

This attempt to prove Zero is constitutionally eligible is going nowhere. Just goes to show you how important constitution is now days.

NO! NO! NO!

This worries me tremendously!!!!!!!!

We need to focus on healthcare! This isn’t about getting Obama thrown out of office! That battle was a nonstarter! If we pollute the case we have with healthcare with other issues and show up in court with tinfoil hats, we’ll be stuck with socialized medicine forever!!!!

Obama legitimacy or lack thereof is not an argument against Obamacare. We need to focus on the Constitutional challenges to the healthcare bill, not the man who signed it!!!!
STUPID!!!!

You’re right.

After all. If they were joined then the only outcome would be that all the Ags DO NOT HAVE STANDING!!!

(Pardon my shouting)

I think there should be more people asking why is the Constitution being ignored and more importantly if we are even acknowledging its purpose anymore.

Like in the Pirates of the Caribbean there was the pirates code, which is really just a “guideline”.

Is this what the Constitution is nowadays? For religious purposes there is the Holy Book or bible, for our country our forefathers worked for years to have our Constitution.

I hope Orly gets new traction with this.

Good, keep going Orly. This crazy broad just might defeat this health care bill. If only the Repubs in DC had a spine like her....

I think there will be a time to prove Obama not a NBC and all the other things. The time is not now. But there will be a time and it will be embarrassing for a lot of people. We need to plug the hole in the boat and bail now. We can calm the storm later.

She is correct but she is far too emotional. We have to win back the House and DEFUND this in Jan 2011. I am hopeing the lawsuits kill it first but Boehner said he will DEFUND it. If we can kill it sooner then great.

.

Dr. Orly has put her life’s blood into this fight. SHE HAS MADE DEFENDING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE A PERSONAL AMBITION, IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY CONSTITUTION LEADERSHIP FROM COWARDLY REPUBLICANS AND THE SCOTUS.

Even if Orly NEVER brings Obama to trial, she has almost single handly brought his ineligibility to world wide attention, caused him to spend MILLIONS on lawyers to keep his records hidden AND CAUSED THE MUZZIE TO SWEAT BULLETS!!!

Dr Orly Taitz Esquire is the unafraid Patriot, not even born in the USofA, who values her Citizenship more highly than most Native/Natural Born Citizens. She’s willing to take all kinds of heat . . . and it’s been vicious . . . to push her lawsuit.

She has PROOF that Mr Obama used many Social Security Numbers including the 999- number given to Foreign Students attending College in the USofA, up to the one he currently uses which was originally provided by the SSA to a Connecticut man who was born in 1890. She has the proof, the documentation. Yet nearly EVERY Judge who looks at her lawsuit is not a Pro-Founding-Fathers-Constitution defending Judge. Either they are afraid of the repercussions or they want to create law from the bench or maybe they just don’t care because it doesn’t affect them personally.

SUPPORT ORLY TAITZ. She’s not a kook, she’s a determined Patriot.

Hold your negative opinions about Dr Taitz to yourself. Do not give the Liberals talking points to use against her and ultimately against all of us.

Thank you.
