Amen. This problem is neither partisan, nor is it recent, we’ve been in the slide for as long as we have accepted “not as bad as” candidates and “laws.”

I just wanted to say, however, that my post really wasn’t optimism. I think it’s important to understand how these people work. Obama is not some evil mastermind. While arguably “evil” he is just a useful idiot to Soros and the Saudi’s, et al. He, quite tragically, has never been valued by people his whole life and has only been indoctrinated and used by them as he searched for someone to love and care about him.

He’s not ever going to see that in this world. Because, those people thronging and pressing about this false “Messiah” don’t want something he can deliver, they merely want something his handlers are trying to project he can deliver. He is worthless in that regard. There will be no lights shining down, saying vote for Barack. There will be no tides turning and oceans/planet healing. It’s a lie, and they’ve just gotten HIM to believe it too.

That actually happened on my block and the surrounding suburbs here after 9/11, I was not being facetious... with an impromptu parade where every one came out with flags and cruised in open convertibles waving banners and honking. A few miles down the boulevard, I attended a huge impromptu prayer meeting with candles for blocks. Will never forget it.

Just seeing Couric show a tiny bit of heartfelt loveofcountry made my day and gave me hope for some of my leftie friendz.

Thank you for sharing that story. And excellent points all. I am glad that you will never forget, as will I (I watched the second tower being hit, live, and them come down). I will never forget where I was, or how I felt, and that still burns within me. I pray we never will face such a diseaster will come again, and hope we live lives worth protecting.
