This Texas girl can attest that everything is bigger in Texas! And that includes this Texas Congressman's (Ciro Rodriguez-D) tantrum over being questioned and challenged about his vote for ObamaCare by one of his constituents. Hot Air writes:
For a year, Democrats have offered one false set of numbers after another on ObamaCare, as exemplified yet again last week by the IRS admission that they don’t have the resources to enforce the insurance mandate — and Democrats’ admission that they don’t know what the IRS needs to do it. Certainly Rodriguez would have known that constituents would challenge his numbers when meeting with them, especially if he planned on rationalizing his support on CBO projections for health-care spending without ObamaCare. Slamming the newspaper down in front of the constituent looks like a planned bit of theater that Rodriguez intended to boost his testicular quotient among the base; it’s likely to backfire instead.
To Rodriguez’ point, though, perhaps he should recheck his numbers with the CBO before citing them as an authority. They have already dismantled his argument that ObamaCare saves money over the long term.
If you’re in TX-23, Rodriguez’ district, there is hope. Francisco Canseco will challenge the incumbent in November, so perhaps it’s time to get to know him.

that is considered a "Texas-size" tantrum? is a lot of it missing from this 44-second clip? that really seems like nothing... i've seen far-bigger tantrums in meetings while working in corporate America... in church meetings... even here on FR... i was expecting something outrageous...

Rodriguez is a first term, Mexican-born Congressman who has been an Obama sock puppet. Another Texas Congressman from the same general area is Henry Cuellar (D-TX), district 28 who is also an Obama sock puppet. Both need to be replaced this fall.
I'm not in Rodriguez's district, but I have heard some commercials for Canseco and he sounds like a good choice. Unfortunately, Cuellar is MY CongressRat and I haven't heard if he has an opponent. If anyone knows, please Freepmail me. I want Cuellar GONE!!!!
I thought this was gonna be a thread about Ron Paul going off his meds.
