I knew that when it was beging debated. That way it will pass the Supreme Court as the Constitution does give Congress the power to levy and collect taxes, just like the Social Security act was found to be legal as it is also a “Tax”.

Not really. It should not pass Constitutional muster on at least two grounds: 1. It is a head tax — a tax on existing. 2. Not everyone is treated equally under the law.
People should have seen this when they put the IRS in charge. What is the purpose of the IRS? To collect taxes! That is their only reason for existence.
