THE DEATH OF JOURNALISM– The criminals in the state-run media planned to destroy Sarah Palin. We all knew they did. There was even a movie made on how these leftist cranks obliterated the popular Governor of Alaska who enjoyed an 80% approval rating when she was selected by John McCain to be his running mate for Vice President.

“Media Malpractice” reported on how the liberal media destroyed Sarah Palin:

Palin has defeated the media. We can thank Palin and her particular genius for this.

THIS IS HOW IT'S DONE.

You’re right. It’s no surprise to me either.

The thing is, the majority of voters will either never hear about this at all, or will get some a few second sound bite which is nothing but spin.

"The fix was in."

What else could they do but panic when they knew that their candidate would not stack up favorably against Palin with any voters other than the 'RAT base?:

"It should come as no surprise that Democrat voters prefer a feminine man to a masculine woman, although both are infinitely preferable to a manly man. It is odd that one of our two major parties has no room for one of the three modes of humanness, manliness (as opposed to mannishness), but it's true. ..."

I've been sending the stories out in email to friends that I know aren't Freepers or politically savvy. They're shocked. And they send the links to others. :-)

Ethics violations galore, here. These so-called reporters should all be fired. We need to pressure their bosses for that. Were any existing laws on campaign contributions violated? Because certainly these media people were actively contributing their support to the campaign.

However, there probably is room for some ethics laws about media, that need not bleed into censorship. For example, there could be a requirement to post, with each news story, the amount of campaign money contributed to a candidate, elected official or their party by the reporter or the news agency. There could be requirements that news stories may not omit crucial information that might contribute significantly to the viewer's opinion. (Yes, hard to avoid censorship there.) Corrections to stories must be posted with the same or greater prominence as the original story. Who to enforce? Certainly not our crooked executive branch. Even if we get a conservative president soon, the termites are deep there. So, we're left mainly with citizen activists, sometimes in concert with conservative officials, loudly demanding fairness. Still, a few new rules could have enough teeth to help. Maybe a news organization should set the bar by voluntarily adopting ethics rules that are better than their competitors’. It could be a good marketing tool for a media organization.

...We just didn't how. Rush called it "the DNC fax list" or something.

Rush has been emphasizing the uniformity of the media spin for years now. The source of the talking points has been speculative. The pattern seemed to be: NYT first, the rest of media next. As though the Times editorial staff was the ultimate source.

That there'd be a web community hammering out the spin, loosely affiliated with a big paper,(the Post) isn't surprising, but it is big news. There is a lot more still to come on this story, and I see it as the biggest thing to come out since Rathergate in the effort to expose the MSM as the democrat propaganda organ that it is.

So have Freepers. A blind man could see the uniformity in talking points.

Somewhere in the Journolist documents they must have addressed Obama’s eligibility problem. Who has these documents and will we see ALL of them?

No big surprise here. What would have been surprising is the people on the Journolist devising a strategy to factually rebut Palin’s conservative arguments. But I’m being a tad facetious here. Libs never try to use facts to win an argument. Because they can’t use facts. Facts are inherently anti-liberal. Character assassination is their preferred method.

I wonder if the fact that she got her degree in Journalism might have something to do with her ability to deal with these jerks.
