American Center For Law And Justice, (ACLJ) is stepping up to the plate to take on the efforts to have a thirteen story Islamic mosque and community center built two blocks away from where the two WTC Towers once stood and where rebuilding is going on. As I had mentioned in a previous posting, how ironic there is a rush to get this mosque built at a time when a church, which was in the area on the day the two WTC towers was both attacked and was also destroyed on that same day, has hit roadblock after roadblock in efforts to get rebuilt. Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, which was around EVEN BEFORE the two WTC Towers were even built, have had to meet in a tent to simply worship. While there has been the start of efforts to begin the process, the rebuilding of the church has gotten tangled up in red tape which slows it down.
With Many Thanks To Both OmniChristianVids2 and YouTube.
The first video Jay Sakrow who had founded the ACLJ, asks the needed, hard questions. Good for him. The more I live each day, the more I am learning that those who are to govern, go to war against WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

I think his name is “Sekulow”.
Wasn't it founded by Pat Robertson and its Chief Counsel is Jay Sekulow?
FMCDH(BITS)
The ACLU has been known to be a Communist front for a long time but the Communist media treat them as a legitimate organization.
Armand Hammer, the son of Julius Hammer, founder of the Communist Party USA, has been the backer of the Senators Albert Gore Sr. and Jr. since the early 1900s. He is the one who allowed them to afford to live on an entire floor of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C. instead of a small farm in Tennessee. Al Gore is an agent of the Communist Party and that fact is easily discernible with a simple search for Julius Hammer. Mysteriously, the media can't discover that.
Oh yeah. One of Hammer's other protoges was Arthur Sulzberger, publisher of the New York Times.
His “landmark” argument, made in the video, is specious and insane.
It is equivalent to saying that if a criminal arsonist burns down my house and I want to rebuild then the government should step in and tell me that I can’t build anything there ever again because the fire that burned down my house was “historically significant.”
It is a ridiculous statist argument.
But your only refutation of Sekulow’s argument is to say that if the arson burns your house down, you have to step back and let the neighborhood busybodies build what they think is a tribute to themselves where your house was.
Just slow down and think carefully about it—you’re the ridiculous statist.
Answering your post from earlier regarding the ACLJ...
Yes Pat Robertson founded it and Jay Sekulow came on board. He is a ‘pit bull’ and has argued many cases in front of the Supreme Court. They named it ACLJ deliberately to counter the ACLU. It’s a great law firm and invaluable to this nation, especially at this time.
No, as Mayor Bloomberg pointed out the islamic community center is being built on private property according to the wishes of the owner of the land.
Sekulow is asking the government to prohibit a private landowner from building what he wants on his own land.
His justification is that the criminal act which destroyed the previous structure was a “historic event” and that this gives the government the right to prohibit the landowner from rebuilding whatever he chooses on his own land.
Sekulow is the one making a nonsensical statist argument.
Go Jay!
.
Lovely strawman!
You apparently are logically challenged.
Let’s straighten out your analogy first.
The fire was more than arson, it was an act of war. And the building of the mosque is a continuation of that war.
Government interference is necessary, in fact constitutionally mandated, in wartime. I understand how a marxist or an anarchist would support the building of the mosque. But a constitutionalist has no excuse.
