Obama blew it and this is not the type of change many of his supporters were looking for. They’re catching on - things are very bad and getting worse and his methods don’t work. Many of them were looking for a hand out and instead they’re loosing their jobs, state programs are being cut, and now taxes are going to hike up. The only ones getting a handout are the financial institutions. Not to mention that many of his voters probably won’t even go to the polls in November. I have hope.
Dems aren’t going to lay down and let it happen. 4 more weeks and we will start to see their strategies emerging. Be certain, they will have some tricks up their sleeves and they will use them.
They’re dirty, they’re well funded, and they’re desperate. We will see massive voter fraud, sufficient to throw more than a few elections to the Democrat. Count on it.
What surprises me HollyB is that Obama doesn’t even try to fake it that he gives a d*mn, he could do a number of things to pretend that he’s listening to the people...

They control everything but the people’s rage. That is what is going to make the difference. The Dims better play it straight this go around. Election fraud won’t be looked upon lightly now. Too much is at stake and people are itching for a reason to go sideways on our elected officials.
Our Government needs to tread very lightly with the people. The tinder has been set and all it will take is a single spark towards violence. I don’t know about anyone else but that is something I would like to avoid at all costs.
I do think that the Dims will lose big in this election and watch some sitting RINO’s get tossed as well. There will probably be some spill over to folks leaning towards our side just because they’ve been there too long.
What concerns me is that I think the Dims will have a temper tantrum and try to really FUBAR our nation during the lame duck session. If they do, their party is done for good.

Sure hope he is right! First get rid of the Democrats and then get rid of the pseudo Republicans. I can just see them all scurrying around like rats trying to become “normal” representatives (people)... Heck, they just might even listen to the people for a change instead of the Beltway crowd!

Morris did not push for amnesty like Karl Rove, Bush, Mel Martinez-Rubio, Graham-nesty or McCain too.
I was polled the other day about our congressional race and had a chance to chat briefly with the pollster. I asked what it was looking like and he said that he polls nationwide and the dems are getting creamed, and they are doing very poorly, even in dem strongholds.
I’ve heard similiar things from Dem pollsters inteviewed on talk radio, I just wish the election was tomorrow
I will believe this on November 3 when the NBC-BS, ABC-BS and CBS-BS talking heads are having apoplexy over the results. Until then, I remain cautiously skeptical at best...
If the Republicans won every Senate seat that is up for election this time around, how many would they pick up? I know it is practically impossible, but what I am wondering is if a veto override would be possible.

He’s surrounded by too many people who sing his praises and feed his ego too much. His base are the type who come here to FR to demoralize those who seek the truth and stand for freedom, independence, self sufficiency, and integrity. I wish they’d just go away because I can spot them right away.

BTW, since he likes vacation so much, maybe the voters should send him on vacation in 2012...
