…Impeachment is a constitutional remedy addressed to serious offenses against the system of government. The purpose of impeachment under the Constitution is indicated by the limited scope of the remedy (removal from office and possible disqualification from future office) and by the stated grounds for impeachment (treason, bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors). It is not controlling whether treason and bribery are criminal. More important, they are constitutional wrongs that subvert the structure of government, or undermine the integrity of office and even the Constitution itself, and thus are “high” offenses in the sense that word was used in English impeachments.

Only a President can be impeached. BO/BS cannot be impeached since he has not proven he is a natural born citizen per the requirement in Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. The appropriate charge is treason.

Only a President can be impeached.You might be wrong on that one. I seem to remember reading that Federal Judges can be impeached also.
Anybody out there got an answer to this one?

Obama should be impeached.
Impeachment proceedings should begin if the republicans take over the House and hopefully the Senate.
Impeachment for any number of crimes and misdemanors.
Bankrupting the country.
Not securing the border.
Trashing the Constitution and its amendments.
For not ordering the Justice Department to prosecute the New Black Panther party for voter intimidation.
For siding with Muslim terrorists rather than US citizens.

"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors".
