Last night, President Barack Obama showed America how far he has fallen in the last two years.

Remember when Mr. Obama was 'the change we can believe in'? Remember when he was going to singlehandedly alter the political landscape of America?

Instead, last night, he appeared on a fake news show with a noted liberal who loves him and voted for him...and still could not come off looking presidential.

And after all that...Obama looked stiff and boring. On a night when Jon Stewart took it easy on him. From Michael Scherer of Time:

This is pathetic. I suppose appearing on Stewart’s show is supposed to make Obama “cool”.

I got a laugh out of 0bama blaming GOP filibustering for his problems. You would think that someone would realize that if you need 60 votes to advance every piece of legislation you introduce... maybe the problem is with the legislation?

How nice that they could bring the styrofoam Greek columns out of storage.

Not a Stewart fan, but when Stewart made a little fun of him, Barry tensed up like he was bracing for tougher questions. If Stewart makes him nervous.... imagine him in a real crisis.

I also thought it’s interesting that Obama can’t relax and have a jovial conversation, as Bush always could. He drifted into his stump speech/talking points to avoid normal chat.

Teleprompters have no soul. No emotion. No original thoughts.

Ergo, they can never feel comfortable.

0bama is nothing more than a human teleprompter, programmed to say certain things.

Off the prompter, he tends to reveal just how radical and evil he is. He even uses a teleprompter at White House staff meetings.

I’ve seen pictures of it at the White House Flickr page. I’ve known this for about a year. It’s a tiny little view screen that’s right in front of him on the table. Glenn Beck mentioned it on his TV show yesterday.

As cool as putting his feet on the desk.

As cool as letting Jay-Z and Beyonce use The Situation Room for photo ops— that were later posted to their Twitter account.

Posers can’t be their selves because their is no self, at least not the phony self they present to the world. They can never loosen up because they are always on guard against letting their mask slip.

I find it almost impossible he is that out of touch he needs a small TOTUS for a staff meeting.

It's more likely a small DVD player he watches gay porn on to keep him and Reggie Love worked up for after the staff meeting.

Sadly only partially kidding

He’s not out of touch, he needs to be scripted because when he’s off the prompter, the mind of the real radical and evil Obama is visible.
